Esmeralda woke up feeling very sore and confused.
but then she remembered again, what happened and immediately started to feel annoyed but she finally accepted the fact that she was not leaving anytime soon reason being how to hurt she was at the moment then Esmeralda used as much strength as she could to get herself to sit up then realizing that the man who was next to her last night was not there anymore but he was replaced with a note in the spot that he was in and she hesitantly picked up the note and read it ,hey Esmeralda I and the boys have gone out to get some things for you like clothes and other essentials we will be back in about 3 hours but if you see this before we get back if you open the door in my room it will set off an alarm to alert the maids that you are awake and then they will take it from there :) -Mark Esmeralda looked at the note in disgust just thinking about how they could go from two-toned bitches to being overprotective caring people and to top it all off she still was quite confused as to what the hell was going on ,why these guys knew her ,and why she was there and at that point Esmeralda just didn't want to do anything she was so worn out and lost so she laid back down and stared at the seeling tho she was actually quite hungry but she ignored the feeling and just drownned her head in thoughts once more
3 hours had already passed and the boys just arrived with everything but when they came in all of the maids seemed to be just waiting for instructions instead of doing what they were told so curiously taeyong asked "why aren't you guys helping Esmeralda with getting ready "they looked at him and one answered back she never came out " a bit alarmed they went to marks room where she was staying and she was there and she seemed to be breathing but they heard slight sniffling sounds meaning she was crying and they all went to the side she was facing to see if their assumption was correct, and it was but her eyes were closed like she was crying and sleeping at the same time but then they all wondered if she didn't see the note and thought they just wanted her to stay in mark's room but then doyoung pointed to the thing in her hand "well she differently read " he said trying to reason why she stayed in bed instead of going to eat so then johnny called one of the maids and told her to bring a tray of food to Esmeralda so that when she woke up she wouldnt be hungry anymore and with that they left the room and went downstairs to just wait so that they could talk to her
its already night time and Esmeralda still has not come out of the room so still being alarmed johnny mark and doyoung went inside of the room to see what was still wrong only to see the tray of food that was left for her was across the room still untouched then they went to go see if Esmeralda was awake and she was but as soon as they walked over to her she whipped her body the other way still feeling pain but trying to make it unnoticeable for them but failed by letting a small groan leave her lips, johnny new it was past time to tell her everything that was going on because he knew she was now overly confused and angry at them so he explained and she listened about how she tossed out by one mafia family and taken by the next and tossed out by them and how she was related to johnny and at that point, she did not want to hear anymore seeming as she thought her family was normal rich people and that she has nothing to do with that mafia type crap but she was far from right obviously so not wanting to take in anymore stress she yelled at them to leave but again feeling pain as she did so ,seeing her in this state though just meeting her and finding out she is his sister johnny's heart broke and so he assured her that he and the boys would do everything in their power to keep her safe and with that they left the room but mark stayed seeming as 1 it was his room and 2 he wanted to comfort her and she soon noticed he was the one who stayed behind and said" why are you pretending to care you were the first on to hurt me remember you were the one to call me an ass wipe and just left me in the cell to die how come all of a sudden just because you find out im related to one of your stupid ass friends you all of a sudden give a s**t that im alive it like everything that happened in the cell was not real to you guys like it wasnt even me in that cell then once i escape and almost die and is found by the brother i never wanted or knew i had and all of a sudden u guys want to care and think that im just going to go with it , well i think the f**k not " she said with the most quite but disdainful voice ever and to be honest mark felt the worst he had ever felt for a girl to be exact he usually never feels for anyone girls to be precise so feeling bad mark felt that he should actually tell her how he felt now thinking that would be the right thing to do " look esmeralda i am very sorry and i know i have said this millions of times and it still probably means nothing to you and i get where your coming from and i now our actions to you know seem weird seeming as we hated you when we were in the cell but for you and i know this sounds weird and dumb but it just couldnt stay that way you just didnt seem like the mafia type girl sneeky,spitful, snobby,and flirty ,and im sorry we thought you were but then it kind of made sence that you were not that kind of person then we found alot more about you and we want to put the past behind us and move on from the mistakes we made towards you well just... ugh !!im sorry esmeralda im not good at these kinds of talks but im just sorry for all of this thats happening and sorry for adding to your stress but i swear on my life i will do any and everything in my power to protect you " he ended feeling flustered and she just didnt answer and he understood so he sat down next to her and started singing the song he was singing to her last night and she agiain became tierd but beore she fully fell asleep she said" i dont know "then knocked out leaving mark confused but not wanting to wake her he just tucked her in and then left after turning off the lights
Mark went downstairs to the boys who were discussing their next move on the Choi mafia family but mark was having a very hard time focusing on the plan because he was just thinking about what Esmeralda said "i don't know " he wondered was she thinking about forgiving them and would finally talk to them normally or what, mark was just a thinking mess then was quickly snapped out of his thoughts when he heard a glass window breaking and banging sounds, all of them ran upstairs to go see what that was about only to see a messy bloody room and no Esmeralda
