.Then the following days, I and Krish decided to spend less time with each other and concentrate on our studies as we had our preliminary and board exams ahead, still, he used to call me at night.  One day, Krish's friends and my friends decided to do a group night study at Monica's place, because her parents were out for a week. Therefore, we also planned to be there for a week, to do a group study, but for me and Krish, it was an excuse for us to spend some quality time with each other. "Grandpa, we have planned to do a group study," I asked him when we were having dinner. "Where have you planned?" he asked. "In Monica's place." "Who all are coming?" "I, Neil, Monica, Suhana, Nikithaa, Vicky and some of my classmates are coming." "When have you planned?"  "Tomorrow, Grandpa"  "O.k you can go"  I signed Grandma to speak. "Honey, they have planned to do group study for a week," Grandma said as she poured water on glass. "What, for a week?" Grandpa's voice rose. "Grandpa, please." I pleaded. "No chance, at all. Besides, Looshin, you know very well that you have a curfew after seven. For farewell, I allowed because Neil was with you." He looked at me. "But Grandpa, I already said that Neil will also be with me," I argued with him. "Loo, I said no, means no." He got up and went to his room. "Grandma, please ask him." tears rolled down my cheeks. "Dear, you know about your Grandpa, right." I got up, helped Grandma to clean the table, went to my room and lay in my bed, heartbroken. After some time, I got a call on my phone and the phone displayed the caller name as "Krish". "Hey." My voice saddened. "Loo, what happened?" He seemed to sense my sadness. "Nothing." I lied. "Don't lie to me." "I'm not coming to Monica's place." A single tear escaped from my eyes. "Why?" his voice sounded shocked. "Grandpa didn't allow me, as it was for a week." "We all are there." "I know but he is not allowing." I almost shouted at him. "O.k. leave it, we'll see it tomorrow." He tried to console me. "I'm sorry, Krish." I felt guilty for shouting at him for no reason, " I think, he won't allow me." "Leave it, princess." He cooled down me. "O.K. let me divert the mind of my princess."  I kept quiet. "How far have you completed studying?" "Almost completed." "Then, there's no need for me to study." "Why?" I asked in surprise. "You are there to show me the answers." "Hahaha... nice joke. My dear, I think that you know that you'll be sitting far ahead of me." "I can make anything possible for my princess." "Krish, you are crazy." I laughed. "Yes, at you." "Oh! Krish, please stop flirting." I laughed. "Hey, why should I stop flirting with my girl?" "Because your girl doesn't like flirts." I teased him. "But the only one with whom I can flirt is my girl." I could see him pouting. "Aww! So sweet of you."  "Thank you for your compliment, my love" "Welcome," I said and suddenly I heard someone pressing my door handle. "Hey, listen. Someone is knocking at my door, I'll call you later." I lowered my voice and ended the call before he could say anything. "O.k. but be careful." He advised. I kept my phone under the pillow, got up and opened the door. It was Grandpa; he had a glass of water in his hand. "Grandpa?" I was shocked. "Haven't you slept?" "Shall we talk dear?" he asked. "Yeah, of course, Grandpa." I stepped back and turned on the lights. Grandpa came in and sat on the bed and my heart stunned for a second, my eyes kept on moving to the pillow. "Sit down." He looked at me. I sat in my beanbag. "Say, Grandpa," I asked him suspecting. "Are you angry on me for not allowing you to Monica's place?" "Na, Grandpa. I just want to go to Monica's place for doing group study. Last time when you and Grandma were out they came here to stay with me, then why shouldn't I?" I argued. He thought for a moment, "O.k. go." He said. "Grandpa?" I asked him surprisingly. "Ya dear, you can go." He said. "Oh! Thank you, Grandpa." I hugged him. "O.k. now sleep, it's too late." He got up, switched off the light and went out. As soon as he got out, I locked the door and called Krish. "Krish, I'm coming to Monica's place tomorrow." I jumped in excitement. "Really?" he too sounded excited. "Ya, just now Grandpa came and said I can come to Monica's place." "Even I thought of not going when you said that you are coming." "Now?" I asked teasingly. "Of course, I'm coming." "O.k. bye, I have to pack my bag." "Why so urgent? You can do it tomorrow also, n" "Tomorrow, I and Neil are leaving early, so I have to pack now." "Hey, I need to ask you something about Neil and Monica?" he asked. "What?" I asked. "Do they love each other?" "Why are you asking about them?" I asked him doubtfully. "I saw them at the Farewell party, it seemed like they were having feelings for each other." "Yeah, they do but they don't show it to each other. Till now both are unaware of their feelings for each other, but they share their feelings only to me but to none else." "So, why can't you bring them close?" he asked. "How?" I asked him. "You should know that." "O.k. sir, I'll try my best. But before that, I need to ask you something." "What's that Ma'am?" he teased. "Did you feel jealous, when I danced with Neil?" "Hmmm..." he was silent for a moment. "Should I have to answer this question now?" "Yeah, of course." "Then, my answer is both yes and no."  "Huh?" I was a maze. "Yeah, as a lover; I felt jealous and as a friend; I didn't. But you felt jealous when I was talking with Soha, right?" "Na, I won't feel jealous when you talk with other girls," I said him. "But with that flirting Machine Soha, you just flirted equally with her, which made me angry." My voice rose. "That's called jealous." "Why should I feel jealous?" I asked him. "When I know that you belong to me." "You know one thing; girls, know never show your feelings. And it's very difficult for us boys to understand." I laughed and looked at the clock it was 2 a.m. "Krish, it's 2 a.m." I exclaimed. "I think we have to sleep, so we can get up early tomorrow." "O.K. bye, see you tomorrow." "Yeah, bye."  "Love you." "hmm." I kept the phone before he could say anything and slept. The next day, Neil and I left having our breakfast. After our arrival, Monica's parents left. After their departure, Neil laid in the sofa, with a great sigh. "What happen re?" I asked him. "Seriously, Monica your parents are too awesome." He said. "Why?" we asked in unison. "If my parents went out then, they would leave my problematic brothers with me. But your parents, they have already joined sister in the hostel." "So you think my sister as a problem." Monica crossed her hands across her chest, and her face was fuming with anger. "No... No... I haven't said like that." He got up. "Then, what did you wanted to say?" she raised an eyebrow. He looked at me with a pleading look. "What? Why are you looking at me?" I asked him. "You are the fault, and I'm not going to help you every time." "Loo, instead of helping me, you are taking her side." He raised his eyebrows. "Sorry, my dear friend, I can't take your side always. You should deserve it, this time." I sat near Monica. "Loo, please don't do it to me." He pleaded. Monica and I looked at each other laughed. "Stop laughing, Loo." He threw a pillow at me. "Ouch! Now you are dead, Neil." I took the pillow and threw at him. "I'm also with you, Loo." She also threw pillows on him. "Oh! God save me from this crazy girls." He ran around the hall, as we ran after him. "There's no one to save you now." Monica ran after him. I sat on the sofa and enjoyed the fighting. She chased him all around the house. Suddenly, there was complete silence in the house; meanwhile, I got a message from Krish 'Where are you?' 'In Monica's place,' I replied, 'you?' 'On the way to Rahul's place and I'll pick him up and I will be there within an hour.' 'Okay, come fast.....' 'Why?? Is my princess is missing her prince?? :-*:-p' 'Na.' I laughed while texting him. 'Getting bored widout your funny jokes.' 'Then wait for an hour, you'll never get bored.' 'Okay... now drive carefully...' 'Okay, my princess.' I kept the phone in my jean pocket and went to the kitchen to drink some water. But there, I saw something different, it was what I expected but not so early; readers you may know about whom I'm talking about 'Neil and Monica". Monica was in arms of Neil, and they were having eye-lock. "ahem, ahem." I did a fake cough to let them know that there is an existence of the third person. When they heard my sound, they departed and looked here and there. "So finally, you both are caught together." I raised my eyebrow with a smirk. "What... what are you talking about Loo?" Neil's voice trembled. "Hmm... so, Neil you don't know what happened here, right?" I kept my hand on his shoulder. "What happened, Loo?" he turned away. "Okay, leave it. I'll say to others and you'll know from them." I took my hand from his shoulder. "Loo, Loo... please, please don't say it to anyone. Please." He begged. "You said, that nothing had happened; then why are you begging to me?" I shrugged and saw Monica; her cheeks were pink as she blushed. "You know." he pleaded. "What do I know?" I asked him. He widened his eyes. "Okay, baba. However, you people have to say it, out loud what are you feeling for each other, then I won't say it to anyone." I crossed my hands. "Should we have to do this, now?" He raised his eyebrow in a questioning manner. "Of course, you have to." "Tell her to say first." "Why should I? You say." Monica blushed. "Yeah, Neil you have to say it." I squeezed his ear. "Ouch! Loo, it hurts." He cried. "Then say it." "Okay, I'll." He took a deep breath and scratched back on his neck with his hand. "Monica, I ...like you. I have started to like you from 6th grade, I tried so many times to say this to you but I never did, as I didn't have the courage. And I have shared all my feelings about you with this monkey." He saw me. "What you said, monkey?" I once again squeezed his ear. "Ouch! Sorry, sorry." he cried. "I mean Loo." "That's better." "And I want to be with you forever as a friend and also as a life partner." He knelt on his one knee. "What do you say?" he looked at me. I showed him thumbs up. "Now, it's your turned Monica." I looked at her. "Hmmm..." she nodded, "Actually Neil, I too like you. But I was not sure, about how you are feeling about me?" she blushed. "Like you, I also shared my feelings about you with Loo and my answer for your proposal is yes", tears twinkled in her eyes. "At last, you both have got to know about each other's feelings." I hugged Monica. "Monica, you are very lucky to get this donkey," I told her as I patted on Neil's shoulder. "All of the least you made me play as cupid between you both. Idiot."
