Izaiah gave me the silent treatment the entire walk back. I didn’t go there on purpose. I couldn’t even remember how I got there.
I quickly went upstairs when we arrived at Jeffrey’s pack house and went into the shower, maybe I should sleep with shoes on for the next time I go sleepwalking. I was soaping my entire body in when a sharp pain surrounded my heart. I gripped my chest, waiting for the pain to subside. The pain was slowly fading.
I finished washing my hair when another sharp pain emerged. The pain was building up, crippling me. Making me fall to my knees and tears fell freely. I wanted to scream, but no sound left my lips.
