My command echoed inside his mind, morphing into something else. Shifting as if it was his own thought. His body relax under my grip, before I release his arm. He turned around and kneeled before me.
It worked, I wanted to jump up and down. I was lured out of my thoughts when I heard the slow claps of Aurora.
“Well, was that so hard,” she said with an eyeroll.
My eyes wandered back to Izaiah, who still kneeled before me. I sat before him, lifting his face. A gasp left my lips when I saw his eyes. They were completely white.
“Izaiah,” I whispered. Suddenly his eyes turned back to normal, I could see the turmoil in his eyes before they met mine.
“You cheated,” he said. But I could see he was proud of what I did.
“As did you,” I said with a smile. I knew he wouldn’t be mad at me,
