8 cups grated mozzarella cheese
1 1/2 cups butter, melted
1 cup crushed pistachios

Directions for Knafeh:Preheat oven to 375°F.
Completely thaw shredded phyllo dough prior to dish prep. Place in large bowl and use hands pull strands apart until the dough is completely shredded.
