Giving the kids free run yesterday had me waking up to my two mates covered in love bites, welts and what I know to be c*m. They even went as far as to put a towel under the door. Being the first up I get rags and clean-up everyone. When I get done, Mikah wakes up, looks around, and it's written all over his face so I just nod.

"I'll go grab breakfast and coffee. Next time we do that, we need to be living together and not 5 days from leaving college." All I can do is nod. I go to pick Angel up off the floor, but when I go to touch her, she shoots up and back away.

"Little one are you ok? It's just me babe, you know me and see Mikah is here too."

I motion for him to walk over and thank goddess he can read a room. He walks over slowly so she knows she is safe. Nyx comes forward enough to take over and if you thought that helped boy were you wrong. She was pissed cussing about abduction and the love bites. Then just like that, she was Angel again and herself I think.

"Omari please hold me please, I had one of those things again and I'm scared."

Why would she ask for Omar and not me, and why don't I have any memory of these "things" she's talking about? 'Now is not the time I'll explain later, you have my word.' Omari sounds so worried.

"You need to leave, I don't want you here. Leave me alone and never come back!!" What the hell is up with the flipping of consciousness and emotions with her today?

Mikah grabs my shoulders and pulls me away. He just nods to the door and I can't argue with him or her. I stand and we walk out. I can't look back. My heart hurts so much, it's like someone is using the back of a butter knife to carve out my heart and Mikah is being so strong for the both of us.

It has been 5 years since that day and Mikah of course came home with me. Umi loves him and my dad has helped him so much with his alpha stuff. We found out he comes from a line of a unique Incubus bloodline. Ma'at has a crystal like thing he does when he is in danger. The inside of his wings can blind you with even the slightest of light sources.

The outside of his wings, on the other hand, they can become crystal-like too. That's all we figured out they can do right now, we aren't too sure on how to find anything else out. At this moment in life, we are getting ready for the Full Moon Festival. Every 6 years it's held on different clan's land and this year it's mine, well, ours. Also, I have taken the role as alpha from my father. He was being a baby so I just said yes to him. Mikah and I have been handling it well. With my beta and gamma along with my mate, I feel we have been doing great. Mikah and myself have prepared ourselves for the possibility that Angel may want to reject us. We can't force her to stay as she is an alpha to her own people.

As far that goes, we will let her choose what is best for her. She has never been able to make big decisions, they are normally made for her. I loved that she wanted to make everyone happy, but we needed her happy as well. Most subs don't see a need to make any decision so they just don't. Umi walks into my room in a beautiful purple dress. It was a V neck I knew that for sure, it had that see through crap on the arms and on her back. That is all that you are gonna get out of me, I have no idea about dresses. Put a 3 piece suite in front of me and I can tell you everything down to the machine they may have used to get the stitching. All in all she looks cute and her hair was up in a bun with some down framing her face.

"Bro, Mikah said if you're not down in 45 seconds to help him he will sleep in his room and he also hopes your 'time of the month' is fun alone? Whatever that means my guess is you might want to help your beloved with this party set-up."

She turns to leave but I rush past her, if anyone knows Mikah is a man of his word it's me. The last time he threatened to leave me during my rut, he f*****g did it!! Him and my sister went to Rome, they didn't even call or bring me back anything.

"I asked you for a Water Lily centerpiece. Why are there just the seeds and not the ACTUAL flower? It would be another thing if you had both but you don't!!"

Oh he is having so much fun with this who am I to stop that, so I head to the kitchen where I can be useful and not in the way...of his words or him throwing his book at me. He has done it before so don't think I'm being extra, granted it was my fault he still did it.

"Nope turn your ass right around and go find Mikah. I'm not getting yelled at for letting you into my kitchen and harboring a fugitive. He took my rolling pin last time, how do you bake without a rolling pin?!! Out mister!!!" My chief Roslyn has been with my family for many years. She has seen me in size 1 diapers. She was also my mom's bff, that being said I walk out and go to look for my loveable menace.

I find him with his eyes covered with his arm. He looks done for the week so I walk over and rub his head knowing it helps when he's like this. I feel him relax and then I move to his ears then his neck and shoulders.

"Before you ask, I came down here when you almost took that guy's eyes out over the centerpieces. So I went to the kitchen then got kicked out and came straight to you. If you give me a list of things you need done by tonight, you can go relax but not nap!!"

I had to make sure he knew that last part 'cause if you send him to go relax he will fall asleep and not wake up for the moon goddess herself. He just rolls his eyes at my comment and hands the book over. When he walks off I swear to you his head is a little higher and his alpha presence is stronger. Also why did he stretch, his arms going over his head while walking. It did something y'all. You know how someone who knows they own you, then acts like they own you?! Oh if we didn't have other packs coming over in less than 3 hours, I would have taken him on the floor. We haven't really done anything past touching and while it helps, it also nearly gets rid of the frustration.

"Ok so I need you two to get that table moved over there. Why the hell are there 5 of the same name at this table? I'd get it if it was the last name but come on it's his damn first name!!" This went on for an hour and 45 minutes.

After getting dressed in my royal purple suit with a white dress shirt I needed to make sure Mikah was actually getting ready. Walking into his closet I see him only half dressed. From his pants down to his shoes are on, but his top half is making me need him in less then nothing. I'm sure he knows I'm here but he chose to ignore me which was his mistake. Using my speed I'm behind him before he can react and have my hand around his neck and squeeze just enough. I then start kissing his neck, he tilts his head to the side giving me more room so I take that mile and use my free hand to caress his toned body. Scratching when I feel like it. I need welts on him so when he moves his shirt rubs against it, teasing isn't nice.

"We don't have time for this….mmmm. Th-there are people down umm….downstairs. Nige'i we have to get ready!" He is so cute ain't he?

"I'm ready when you are menace, just tell me when." Saying that I knew it would turn things off but, he needed to know I still wanted this regardless if SHE did or not. Taking my hand from his neck I grab a royal blue coat with the white dress shirt to finish his look.

"I'll be waiting outside the door when you're ready. Oh and Mikah please don't sit down and think, I said what I said and you know I mean it." I kissed him on the cheek and walked out not looking back. He took all of 10 min to get done and we headed down to welcome our guest. I know he's nervous but we will be ok. As the doors open, we shake hands….well I do Mikah has this thing with touching others. So I shake hands he just bows to every other couple. We do this for about the first 15 minutes of people walking in, then we walk around to mingle with some alphas we need to talk with.

Mikah has gone to talk with some of the lunas. Before you ask, no I never asked that of him. If I'm being honest I want him with me, but he feels that he should talk to the lunas to hear what they have to say. I won't stop him 'cause it has helped us.

"No you want him with you 'cause you see how everyone else looks at him. That and if he walks away. You can't sneak a feel on his ass. Here you are calling him a menace." Omari has this thing with pissing me off while talking with other people, which makes me wish I could punch him.

"I mean you can but do you want the black eye to go with it?"

"Alpha Joe, how would you feel about helping my clan with our houses? I heard from Alpha Paul that your houses are made of the best wood and stone and look great. My father wants a house of his own and asked if you would be the one to draw up the plans. Being that you two were in diapers together." Throwing my hands up in surrender, "his words not mine." The other Alphas just laugh and Alpha Joe just nods his head. My clan is known for our weapons, we use the scales that we molt to make unbreakable weapons. We can change the color also depending on the scales we melt down.

Just as I'm about to order another drink I hear what the announcer says.

"Introducing Alpha Angel of the Old Forest pack and Alpha Salem."

"Who the f**k is Salem and why is he here with my beloved. Wait you don't think she just…" Omari sounds so hurt.

"Not gonna lie to you bud I'm not sure what to think. We just need to find Mikah and keep him away from them both."

Just when I got to him, I saw that he was having a hard time keeping calm. I pull him close and whisper soothing things to him. It's not going well 'cause I hear him hiss in my ear. I turn to see what has him so pissed, but that was a bad idea too cause Omar is on the surface with just the one glance.

Angel is in a burgundy dress with long sleeves and the deepest V neck I have ever seen on a dress. I could see her damn belly button!! There is gold on her shoulders and along her hips and the slit in this dress starts at the top of her wonderfully thick thighs.

She has new roses added to the tattoo on her thigh meaning she has lost clans members. She has dreads now and they look beautiful on her, I love this natural look on her. Someone from the door calls her name and when she turns around I almost lose my mind. Why can I see the infinity sign on the small of her back?! The dress has an open back and she has another new tattoo on her back. It's a full back piece, there is a bear in the middle with Nyx's eye color. Her family crest is behind the bear's head and around it is a rose of every color and combination.

At the bottom there are 2 roses, one is the color of Omari's eyes and the other Ma'at's eyes? Are they ment for us? I don't know, but I will ask. What sends me over the edge is when that damn fool touches her. He puts his hand at the small of her back and guides her over to some female. Before I could react, Mikah has let out a powerful possessive growl and is storming over with me hot on his heels. A party isn't a party till you remove a head!!
