~The birth of a new partnership~

It's been a week since his discharge from the hospital and his return to his normal school life, but it wasn't all normal, since then he has been seeing information's of people around him if he focuses on them.
As school ended he was on his way home as he witnessed 4 rough looking guys wearing his school's uniform bullying a kid also wearing the same uniform.
He wasn't someone who goes out of his way to help someone that isn't related with him. Trying to ignore them, one of the bullies called out to him thinking he recorded them or something like that.
"Ahh… when I didn't want to get involved"
"Hey! We're talking to you!... this bastard are you ignoring us!"
"Are you guys sure you wanna do this?"
"What the f**k is this bastard saying?... are you looking down on us or something!"
"Hey! Forget that bastard he's obviously a rich boy, let's not bother and besides we still need to handle this little homeless s**t we have"
"Yea,… oi! you heard that right get the f**k out of here unless you wanna join him"
Looking at them he could tell without using the {observation} skill that those guys where weak, really weak and the fact that their ganging up on a defenseless weak person shows how much self-confidence they have.
"Tch… Pathetic"
The word went through his head as he was watching them, disgusted he decided to leave, until he heard something that made him stop.
"I'm sure your parents died because of how weak and useless you are"
Hearing that had a quick glimpse of a memory of his past life, where his family died right in front of him and he couldn't do anything but to run away in fear. Frustrated at those words, without hesitation he jumped into the situation quickly holding the bully who said those words, punching him so fast that nobody could even react until the boy reached the ground.
"I really wanted to stay out of this, but this guy just had to piss me off, and trust me you don't go back unscathed doing that"
Giving off a strong oppressive aura as he said that, they where frozen in fear for a while. As kelvin walked towards the them, the guy giving the orders shivered in fear as he shouted at the others.
"Hey! What are looking at?! Go get him!!"
As the other two snap out of it they launched towards him, one holding a bat, the other holding a small pocket knife, he stood there looking at their sloppy movement as they rushed towards him. Dodging the first guy who swung his bat effortless he held the hand of the one rushing towards him with a knife punching him out while knocking the knife of him, not forgetting the guy rushing him with a bat again dodged again while giving him a kick knocking him out. When he was done he walked towards the last guy, in fear the last guy fell on the floor scared to his core, kelvin got close to him, held his shoulder while releasing a strong aura with his Ki and he whispered into his ear.
"Next time I see you acting out like this I'll be sure to educate you well"
In fear he peed himself, immediately he ran off with his guys. As kelvin was about leave the small kid that was being bullied came towards him looking beat up.
"Uhm… thank you for"
"Don't thank me, I didn't do that to help you, I only"
"Still thank you anyways, if it wasn't for you I would have gone to the hospital again…"
"…why did those guys bully"
"Ah that… well I guess is because I look weak"
The small boy said that holding back his tears and frustration for himself, kelvin seeing that clenched his fist in frustration.
"Do you hate your weak self?"
"I… I do, I really do. I hate it so much, I wanna be strong, strong so no one can knock me down ever again, so that I could show my parents that their son isn't the weak boy couldn't protect them"
The boy said crying out, feelings of pain, anger, regret flowed out of him, all the bottled up emotions all came out. As kelvin saw him he brought his hand to him and told him all he had to do was to get strong.
It's been a few months since then and kelvin has been training diligently to reach his goal and finally it was the end of his second year in high school. Kelvin normally isn't really good when he comes to school but it's different now, with the help of cultivation his mind was clear and sharper than ever, simple things like school work won't even budge him. As he was leaving school someone called out to him.
"Hey kelvin!"
"Oh hey mark"
The big buff looking high schooler is actually that small weak looking kid that got bullied months ago. Kelvin as always been training with mark since that time.
"I heard you top your class again"
"Oh yea… wait how did you even know?"
"Hehehe, you know if it's about you I got to know, that's what a proper pupil does"
"Hey why do keep calling yourself that?"
"It's because I am that, Sensei"
"Ahhh I give up, do what you want"
"Hehehe"
As he was on his way home a bunch of people surrounded them, numbering to about 20 people armed with bats, pipes and knives. Staring fiercely trying to intimidate them the group of gangster looking guys weren't there with good intentions.
"Just my luck… You guys just had to come when my day was good"
"oi! You brave little s**t I heard you beat one of our guys"
"Yea! boss, he jumped them when they were minding their own business"
"hah, are guys for real right now?... you know what? I'm not bordering anymore. Ill only ask this once leave now or stay and experience real fear"
"what the f**k are you talking about, hey guys? What are you waiting for?! Get him!"
At that moment the man who gave that order regretted the very moment he missed his chance to get away, as he watched a very terrifying scene, his men going down one by one by what he saw as a blood thirsty beast. As all his men were out cold on the ground, the next action the boss took was something nobody could see coming.
"BOSS! BOSS!"
"eh?"
Kelvin as never been this confused in his life as the boss of the g**g is currently on his knees holding unto kelvin's leg calling him "BOSS".
"What are you doing exactly?"
"Paying respects to my boss of course"
"I can see that.. I'm asking why am I your boss?!"
"Of course with your strength you're the boss and besides with you as the boss my men can survive in this cruel world, so… Please BOSS TAKE US IN!!"
All the g**g members shouting in unisons
"PLEASE TAKE US IN BOSS!!"
"wait, wait you guys are getting way head of yourselves, I'm still a minor you know?"
"That's the point boss, your future achievements are limitless"
Kelvin stuck at a tough spot, he contemplated on what to do, even though he could easily reject them, he would have to deal with their constant disturbance and besides he could use them in achieving his goals at the same time he could reduce the amount of nuisances in the area. Still not sure of whether he made the right choice or not he gave out a big sigh of surrender as he accepted their request
But before accepting them him gave them 2 conditions before he could accept them.
*Giving up the gangster life
*obeying every command he gives no matter
Accepting it without a moment of delay, knowing that under his command they will reach places they never could dream of reaching.
