BORNED AGAIN

637 Words
. Growing up, I was raised in a non-religious household. My parents never talked about God or went to church, so I never really knew much about religion. As I got older, I started to question the meaning of life and what happens after we die. I felt lost and confused, not knowing where to find answers. In high school, I had a friend who was a devout Christian. She would always invite me to youth group and church events, but I never went. I was too busy with my own life and didn't see the point in going to church. However, she would always talk to me about God and how He had changed her life. I was intrigued by her faith and how it gave her so much peace and joy. One day, I hit rock bottom. I was going through a difficult time in my life and felt like I had no one to turn to. I remembered my friend's words about God and decided to give Him a chance. I went to church with her and for the first time, I felt a sense of peace and love that I had never experienced before. After that day, I started attending church regularly and reading the Bible. I learned about God's love for me and how Jesus died for my sins. I realized that I was a sinner and needed a Savior. I also learned that I could have a personal relationship with God and that He was always with me, guiding and protecting me. One day, during a church service, I felt a strong pull towards the altar to give my life to Christ. I prayed with all my heart and asked Jesus to come into my life and be my Lord and Savior. In that moment, I felt a weight lifted off my shoulders and a sense of peace and joy flooded my heart. Since then, my life has completely changed. I have a new purpose and direction, and I am no longer lost and confused. I have a new family in Christ and a community of believers who support and encourage me. I am grateful for my friend who never gave up on me and for God's love and grace that saved me. Becoming a Christian has been the best decision I have ever made. It has brought so much joy, peace, and hope into my life. I am grateful for God's love and I strive to live a life that honors Him everything As I grew older, I faced many challenges and struggles, but I always held onto my faith and the teachings of my mother. I learned to turn to God for strength, guidance, and comfort in difficult times. One of the biggest ways my mother inspired me was through her own actions and behavior. She lived her life with integrity, kindness, and love for others. She showed me how to live a life that reflects the teachings of Jesus Christ. My mother also encouraged me to use my talents and gifts for the glory of God. She would often remind me that everything I have is a blessing from Him, and it is my responsibility to use it for His purposes. Through my mother's example, I learned the importance of serving others and giving back to the community. She would often volunteer at church events and charities, and she would take me along to help. This instilled in me a heart for service and compassion for others. Today, I am grateful for my mother's guidance and inspiration. Her faith in God and her love for Him has shaped my own faith and has helped me navigate through life's challenges. I am proud to say that I am a follower of Christ because of my mother's influence and example.
