I watched in the rearview mirror as kept the Jeep forward keeping it moving as eaters walked by, most of them seemed to ignore the Jeep and were moving towards the gate and the screaming alarm.
“come on, come on” I whispered under my breath as watched the gate from the rearview it had been away too long now, I threw the jeep into reverse. That’s when my heart skipped a beat she came tumbling out from the gateway. My relief was quickly replaced with anger when my eyes fell on Devin.

I grabbed her pulling her up by her arm when she fell to her knees, she pulled away from me making a beeline for the jeep. She wrenched the door open and jumped into the front seat. I didn’t waste time getting into the back seat in case they decided to use the pause to drive off
