Tor managed to see all the patients on his list, and he hadn’t had lunch yet. All he had in his stomach was coffee, and that was from early morning. People kept coming in, and he didn’t have the heart to send them away. His quota was only fifteen patients per day, and they closed for an hour during lunch.
