Chapter 14 – The Outing / Day 1

Juliet

“He is hot.” Rockywhispers on my ear and I immediately shut her off by just glaring back at her.

“I thought she wasyour cousin?” Alexander said. If you ever forgot it, he is Alexander, Zachary’sbest friend.

Marc and Max arecompletely amused with what’s was going now because Alexander is interrogatinghis best friend and as to why did he lie to the first place.

“Maybe, just maybe,they’re doing something inappropriate and that they wanted to keep it as asecret.” Max smirk. He elbowed Marc on the stomach lightly, “Yeah, that is why,Zach over here, lied about it.” He grinned.

“No! We didn’t doanything related to that thing that what you presume that what we are doinganything s****l related and shiz.” I didn’t understand what I just uttered tothe guys and the girls that I’m with right now. I can feel my face getting redbecause of embarrassment.

“Okay. Sorry aboutit Alex, we just kinda did something that we aren’t supposed to tell.” Zachsaid with a smile plastered on his face. He is obviously lying and I can’t helpbut to punch him right on the cheek like the first time we met.

“When are you goingto explain this to us Juliet?” Chloe said with a smug look on her face. I can’ttell if she’s mad or she’s absolutely happy about what she heard.

“Yeah Jl, when areyou going to tell this to us?” The girls said in unison.

“When are you goingto tell them the f*****g truth Zach?” I groaned frustratingly. The guys in theroom were silent but with the looks on their faces made me think that they arecompletely amused of what they are watching right now.

“What part should Itell them?” He ask with a teasing look. Obviously, I get what he means by that.He has done a lot of thing perverted related and I don’t even want to rememberor even let them know about what happened on the hotel.

“What about thepart of you being an asshole?” I ask with a serious look on my face. I am mad.I was a bit happy seeing him, just a little, when I saw him standing on thedoor frame but when he started to emphasize things that happen to us in frontof my friends which would not stop asking me questions later, made me mad. Notliterally, just mad like I want to kick him on his sensitive part of the bodyuntil he shouts for pain.

I could see the guyschuckling softly, and they are trying to keep it in. Because obviously, theydon’t want to be a part of the scenario that is going on right now.

“Okay, that issomething that is needed to be sort out right now.” Marc buts in. “Everyone,let us just skip this part and let us introduce ourselves.” He added.

I continue to glareat Zach who has a smirk on his face. He seem to be amuse on my remark which Idoubt that he didn’t even heard a single word I said a while ago.

“This is Sam, Adam,Skye, Shaun, Bryan, Steven, Alexander but you can call him Alex, Max my twinobviously, Zach who I think you know already and I’m Marc.” Marc introduceseach of their guy friends.

Chloe startedtalking and introduce each one of us, “I am Chloe, This is Stacy, Bella, Rocky,Sara, Zoey and I think you already know Juliet but she prefers to be calledJl.” I blush after she introduced me. I don’t know why I am being like this allof a sudden.

“I think we shouldstart changing because our first activity is going to swim at Zach’s pool atthe backyard.” Adam who I think is Adam said.

“I will show themto their rooms first, you guys go ahead.” Zach said. The guys exited the roomand the only ones left are the girls, me and Zach.

Zach startedleaving the room and guides us to the hallway, “We are all seventeen and in oneroom, there are two people so I suggest you start pairing.” He said, giving ushis magnificent smile which I think that he is trying to impress my friends.

“You’re boyfriendis hot.” Bella said to me in a soft tone of voice. “He is not my boyfriend!” Isaid back in a soft tone but in a way that it was evident that I am trying todefend myself.

Sara paired up withStacy, Rocky with Zoey and that leaves the three of us left. Bella, Chloe andI. Obviously, I and Chloe will pair up since we’re best friends but that is notthe case here, we are with our friends and pairing up just means that we’releaving our friend behind, Bella.

“Wait, you said weshould be pairing up by twos but what if one of us is left? Can’t we all threeshare in one room?” Chloe suggested.

Sara, Stacy, Rockyand Zoey are already on their respected rooms while Bella, Chloe and I arestill stuck on the hallway with Zach and making some ideas of how we shouldhandle this.

“Well you could butthe only rooms that aren’t vacant aren’t suitable for three people since thebed are for two people.” He said ending it with a sigh. I’m being a goodfriend, as always. “Okay, Chloe and Bella, just pair up. I’m going solo.” Isaid.

Chloe eyes widen,she is about to say something, preventing me to say another word but I alreadybeat her into it, “Don’t. It’s not like we won’t see each other ever again.We’re just not sleeping on the same bed, no big deal.” I said with half smiledisplayed on my face. I’m a bit sad because I wanted to have some time with mybest friend like in a way I want to get to sleep by her side and talk likewe’re not going to sleep. But, I can’t just abandon Bella just because I andChloe are best friends.

Chloe lets a deepbreath, “Okay.”

Zach guided them totheir rooms and when they are already in, I was left with Zach. And here I goagain, the constant feeling of nervousness is consuming my body and I’m notbeing happy about it.

“So princess, wantto stay with me for the night?” He asks and follows it with a wink.

“No thank you, Irather sleep by myself than have an arrogant brat beside me who claims that Ihad done something together with him.” I protested.

“Well, I lied aboutnot telling the truth to my friend of why I told him that you are my cousin butit doesn’t mean that it’s not true that we did something together, if I mayrecall, we did do something on the hotel—“ I shush him up with the use of myhand, “You have a big and bad mouth, that was just a bet!” I claimed.

“Well it was somesweet bet that I would like to share to my friends if you let me to so thatthey have the idea that you are mine.” He suggested with a cocky look on hisface.

“Can you stopsaying that I am yours, geez, I’m getting goose bumps.” Truth is, my heart isfluttering with the mere mention of him telling me I am his.

He guided me to myroom and opens the door for me, “Are you positively sure you don’t want toshare the same bed with me? Because the last time I remember, you love me beingbeside you.”  He leans on the door framewith his arms folded against his chest. I stare at him after I place my bags onthe bed. I walk towards him and touch his hard chest, “Sorry but I am good.” Ipush him away from the door and close it behind me.

“Well, I couldalways come in if I wanted to. See you later babe.” He said on the other sideof the door. I could feel my face getting red because of the things that hesaid. I can’t believe that I’m starting to blush whenever he says something tome and not just that, I could hear my heart pounding like crazy, this have gotto stop!

After getting dresswhich I wore my bikini and placed a see through dress above it, I called outthe girls who are already wearing their bikinis and are bold enough to walk tothe hallway without putting anything over with it. Well what can I say; theyare proud to show people that they have a nice body and curves that is tooproud to show off.

“Can’t you guys putsome towel on first? We’re still inside the mansion.” I argued.

“Stop being such anannoying girl Juliet, it’s not like there are crazy maniacs inside themansion.” Stacy said while rolling her eyes. She is wearing a black bikini thatis same with Chloe. Bella is wearing a yellow bikini, Rocky is wearingsomething red and while Sara and Zoey are wearing a white bikini. Me? I’mwearing my navy blue bikini, topping it off with my white see through dress. Icould just take it off when I’m going to swim on the pool.

The maid led us tothe backyard where you could see their large pool that has a little water fallon the side. It’s kind of cute and it makes me want to go in there and stayunder that mini water fall. The guys are on the side of the people, dippingtheir feet while some of them are holding a bottle of beer. I don’t think Icould use some drink because last thing I remember, I’ve done a lot of awfulthings.

The guys have onlytheir summer shorts on the bottom, you know, the shorts that guys wore whenthey go out in the beach. All of them are topless and I feel like they arehaving a competition of who has the better abs. And If I was the judge, that isZach, Alex and Shaun. Yeah, they have a six pack abs and I can’t help but stareat them. But that just makes me feel like a complete maniac.

“I would like tomake out with Alex or Steven.” Stacy said while I look at her staring at Alexthat is seated next to Steven.

“I thought you havea boyfriend already?” I inquired.

“She broke up withhim yesterday.” Zoey said while tugging a smirk on his lips.

I didn’t askanymore questions because Stacy, loves dumping guys after she is done or boredwith them. Sometimes I wish that she could find a guy that she will truly fellin love and that they will last more than one year.

“Hey girls.” Bryangreeted us and the other guys followed. I could see Zach who is justcontinuously staring at me. He was serious and not a single smile is shown onhis face. I could push him on the pool right now because his stare is making mefeel uneasy.

We’re here for anhour now and everyone seems to be having fun. The girls are playing volleyballon the water with the guys while I, on the other hand, being a kill joy isseating on side of the pool. I haven’t taken off my dress and neither have Iwent swimming on the pool. I don’t know what’s wrong with me.

“What seems to bethe problem?” Max said. He went to sit beside me after he has been hit on thehead by Zach with the use of the volleyball.

“Nothing.” Ismiled, “I’m just watching happily as you all play the game. I have to admit,Zach is really good at hitting you in the head.” I chuckled.

“Yeah, he is onegood player.” Says the other guy who is now on my other side. I turn my head tolook and it was, “Hi Alex.” I tugged a smile on my lips. I still felt guilty ofnot telling him the truth that I am not Zach’s cousin.

“Sorry about—“ Iwas about to apologize until he beats me into it, “No big deal. That isn’tsomething to worry about.” He said.

“I think that ifyou don’t go to swim, I will push you now.” Max suggested.

“Don’t.” I replied.I was about to stand up and get away from the pool until I felt someone grab meon the feet, and by now, I am wet. “Shit.” I said.

I could feel handswrapped around my waist as I’m now on the water. I wipe my eyes to clear myvision and when I can finally see, he is there. He is right in front of me withhis hands on my waist. He is making my heart fluster again and I wanted it tostop. He has a smile on his face, “You are seriously making it hard for me tonot resist you.” He said.

I couldn’t even saya word. I wanted him to get away from me, I want my heart to stop pounding sofast, I want this butterflies to stop vacating my stomach but in the same time,I want him to touch me like he doesn’t want to let me go. And now I finally getto the conclusion, I think I like Zachary Thomas Winters.

He was instantlypulled away from me because Shaun and Bryan drowned him on the pool becausethey need some pay back for them being hit by Zach with the use of the ball.Max joined them and the girls continued to cheer the guys who were trying toteach Zach a lesson. And when I turn to look at my side, there was Chloe whohave a huge smile on her face, “I saw that.” She said. “I need to talk to youlater.” I replied back. We didn’t push the topic further and joined the girlswho are laughing and cheering the guys who are now fighting on the pool, notliterally, more like a fight play kind of game.

“Never have Iever?” Stacy suggested.

We all get out ofthe pool by four o’ clock in the afternoon and after that, we watch a movie onthe theater room, it was some kind of horror movie that I wasn’t even scare ofbut most of my girl friends were shouting their lungs out whenever the lady onwhite is suddenly showing on the screen. We ate dinner after watching the movieand it’s seven o’ clock in the evening, we’re all in the living room, havingconversation with the guys. Until, Stacy suggested to play the game that Idon’t want to play because that involves of me drinking.

“Nu-uh, I’ll be onmy room.” I stand up and when I was about to leave, Chloe grabs my arm, “No youdon’t. I thought this three days should be fun and exciting and we all need tobe together in everything that we do. It’s not like you’re always there when wego partying, you’re always busy. Please, Juliet?” She said with her eyesstaring at me in a way that I couldn’t resist my best friend.

“Fine.” I groaned.

I saw Zach’s lipsturn into a smirk. “I have to get some vodka.” He stands up and took threebottle of vodka from their wall cabinet and shot glasses. We all formed into acircle and placed the bottles of vodka in the middle with the shot glasses thatis now filled with vodka.

Zach who is seatedbeside Max a while ago is now seated beside me after he gets the vodka from thecabinet. I just gave him my disgust look when he sat down beside me.

“Just wanted toprotect you in case you do something that you’ll regret tomorrow.” He saidwhispering on my ear.

“As If that willhappen again.” I muttered under my breath.

“I’ll start first,”Shaun started, “Never have I ever make out with three girls in one day.”

Zach, Marc, Bryan,Steven take a shot glass and drink it. Well, now this is getting interesting.

“Wow Zach, I’msurprised you don’t have STD by now.” I said. The guys started laughing andZach defended himself, “I was drunk, okay?” He scoffs.

“Sure you did.” Ireplied. A sound of bitterness was evident on the sound of my voice but I wasglad that no one seems to be paying attention with it.

“Never have I everhad a serious relationship with someone.” Stacy said.

Sam, Zach, Skye,Steven, Alexander, Chloe, Zoey and Rocky took the shot.

“Is someone whohaven’t had a relationship before need to take the shot?” I asked. All of themwere looking at me and they laugh at me, like as if they don’t believe me. Exceptmy friends, of course, because they all know who I really am.

“Are you serious?”Max asks, he is still holding his laugh in. What’s wrong with having no one? Ijust wanted to have a guy who I truly deserves that I think he’s my first andlast. That sounds dumb but that is me.

“Is it bad to waitfor the guy I truly deserves?” I said back. All of them shut their mouth andnone of them were laughing anymore.

“No Juliet, youdon’t need to drink.” Alexander said. “My turn, never have I ever lied to mybest friend.” And that my friend is something that I don’t want to admit. WellI kept the fact that my mother is on the hospital without telling Chloe.Technically, it’s not a lie, it’s just hiding the real truth but whatever I sayor whatever excuse I make, it is still a lie. Alexander seems to be telling ofZach after he finds out that he lied to him.

Zach only takes theshot and smirk, “Are you seriously getting me drunk?”

“No, I just wantedto see you lose because you lied to me but no worries, I think I understand whyyou did that.” Alexander replied with a grin spread along his face.

“Never have I evertried staying at home and watch some tv series or movie the whole day.” Sarasaid, she was looking at me. So much for not getting drunk.

I’m the only one whotook the shot. Well sorry for being anti-social. Sometimes I just wanted to bealone and surround myself to movies that I truly love watching.

“Never have I evernot like wearing something extremely short when attending parties.” Zoey looksat me in the eyes. My friends are targeting me. They know what happens when Iget drunk and they seem to be excited to see what I’m going to do when I amdrunk.

I took the shotagain, “Stop it girls.” I said after feeling the burning sensation on mythroat.

 “Never have I ever took advantage of a drunkgirl.” Max said as he stares at Zach who is taking a shot of a glass. With hisfriends, Steven and Skye.

I didn’t comment onthat, I would likely tease Zach about it but I don’t want my girl friends toknow the whole story since I don’t want to remember every single detail aboutit.

“Never have I everslept on my pj’s when I turned sixteen.” Chloe said, she is grinning at me.What is their problem?

I took a shot ofglass again, and I am the only one who did that.

“It’s okay, I findyou hot in anything you wear.” Zach whispered on my ear, he just earn himself ahit on the arm.

“Never have I everdid not ask a guy on a date.” Rocky implied. She looks at me and same as withthe rest of my friends, they are simply, making me drunk.

I took the shot ofglass again together with the guys.

“Never have I evergot obsessed with Edward Cullen after reading and watching Twilight.” Bellasaid and I instantly met her gaze. I glared at her after taking a shot.

The game continuedand continued, the girls are obviously targeting me while the guys weretargeting Zach but they instantly shifted it to Max after they found out thathe is behind the prank of taking their clothes when they play the game ofbasketball and headed for the locker rooms to take a bath.

I am sure that I’malready drunk and the one who is next in the line is Max. All around me isturning into circles but I didn’t even bother to complain, instead, I was beingan ass about everything. Because, I was drunk.

“Never have I everI had s*x with someone.” I said laughing. Well it is true and I can’t help butto feel dizzy every time I move or talk.

All of them dranktheir shot and I could hear them talking but I couldn’t understand.

“Could we shut thiscrap already, all of you are already drunk and I can’t understand a thing youall said.” I said standing up with my eyes half close.

“She is drunk.” Iheard Chloe’s voice. “No I’m not Chloe.” I replied in a high tone of voice.

“Do you want tohave a seven minutes in heaven with Zach?” I heard Bella ask me.

“Sure, as long aswe’re both alone in one room.” I can’t believe I just said that, “I mean, no.I’m not going to go to the room with that perverted jerk, don’t tell anyonewhat I said earlier.” I added.

I could hear laughsand talks that I couldn’t understand.

“Do you like Zach?”I heard Marc’s voice.

“Stop that, you’retaking advantage of a drunk girl.” Zach protested.

“What if I likehim? What will you do then?” I ask with my eyes still half close. “Zach, c’monlet’s go play seven minus eleven!” I laugh, “Wait, you guys are seriouslyannoying me, is that even seven minus.” I sat down to the floor and lean myhead against someone’s shoulder. The vanilla scent smelled familiar and I don’twant to get off of it.

I woke up on thebathroom, lying on the bath tub together with Zach who is half naked while I,on the other hand, still have my shorts but only my bra on top. I wanted toscream on top of my lungs but I can’t even do that since I could feel a deeppain in my head. I was too focus on getting up that I ignored Zach’s presenceand went to the room, Chloe and Alexander is cuddling on the bed with nothingbut a blanket covering them. All their clothes are scattered on the floor. Arethey together now? What the f**k happened? Everything seems to be a blur. WhenI got out of the room, Marc, Max, Steven, Bryan are only wearing their boxers.They are all lying on the floor, sleeping. What is going on?? Tissue papers areall scattered on the floor and when I followed the tissue paper, I was led intoa room, where Stacy and Adam are on the floor, thank goodness they have theirclothes on but both are cuddling with each other. Rocky and Zoey are all in thebed with paint all over their faces. I turn to my side and I found Sara seatingon the couch with Sam, Skye, Shaun, Bella on a sleeping phase. All of them arecovered with paper towels and bottle of beers are scattered on the floor. I wasabout to exit the room and I found Zach who is still half-naked in front of me.He is touching his head while he is holding a video camera.

“I think everythingthat had happen last night is in this video.” He said.

“Let me see!” Ireplied. And that my friend, is what happen in our first day of our outing.
