And expect death. "Drop your sword!" Ravana commanded and immediately, the king dropped the sword on the ground.  Ravana turned to look at Kath and snap his fingers; instantly, Kath felt relieved, and finally, she can now breathe.  Ravana made a soft laugh, "You all should calm down. I had no intention of killing the king and his daughter. No intention at all. It was just; you know, a little trick to make you scared. Come to think of it, don't you think it would be too hasty to kill your king and your beloved princess when the game hasn't started yet? That will be too selfless of me to let them die peacefully and then, they don't have the opportunity to, 'enjoy,' my game." He stated boastfully. Kath seized this opportunity to breathe more. To Kath, it felt like she haven't been breathing for the past years and finally got the chance to breathe. Her color had drained out from her face and she looks so pale and sick. Just the thought of what Ravana had said almost made her glare at him. Oh, he considers that to be a peaceful death? A peaceful death?! He must be kidding. He will be too selfless to let them die peacefully? Huh? Really? Peacefully? Wow! Just, wow! Till now, Kath still couldn't believe that she survived being choked and the terrible pain she felt earlier in her abdomen. The fact that she was still alive was a miracle that she only could understand.  But on second thought, Kath wondered if it was a miracle or just as Ravana had said, he spared her life so, she could suffer in the game.  They forgot about the game. The realization just hit them like a bomb that, there was still an evil game waiting ahead of them, that they will be forced to take part in. "I am sure your forefathers or the king here must have told you about my game! The game where no one survives except us, " The Descendants Of The Black Moon." The game would begin in a few days, so prepare your mind. Not to worry, the game won't be that hard, the only problem is that, you don't have a choice cause, you must take part in that game. It will be organized by me and I assure you, the game will be so easy and you will thank me for being so nice to you." Ravana said with a mischievous smile on his face. The people of Nazirites knew that what Ravana said will be the exact opposite of what will happen that day, well except for the part where they don't have a choice as they must take part in the game; the rest are all lies. Will be so easy? According to what the great Akiko has said, he stated it clearly to them that it would be a difficult game to survive in. Was Ravana saying all this to mock them? Piss them off? Or make them calm till that day and then, they expect the unexpected? "For now, I will be going back to hell; which I am certain is good news for you, but I assure you that, I will be back! And my coming back won't be just me, but also, with my servant: the monsters." Ravana made a fluffy laugh and continued, "you know, the funny part of this all is that you're not aware of that fact that… one of my servants is already in your midst." Some of the people of Nazirites started roaming and scanning their environment with their eyes, to be sure a monster wasn't standing beside or behind them. While Some decided to check up on their neighbors to be sure he or she is still the same person and have not been replaced by a monster. Even Kath had to look around her to be sure no monster was standing beside or behind her. She does not think that she can deal with any other attack, cause, she was still trying to get over the first attack from Ravana. "He means no harm, I mean, "for now." He is over there, right in front of you all." Ravana said and pointed his finger to the… King. The people gasps with widened eyes; mumbling sounds arose in the midst of them. Kath could now feel the sting of tears at the back of her eyes and her lips began to shiver. This is the worst day of her life. Her dad; the king has been possessed?! What will become of her and the people of Nazirites? How will they live to survive the great tribulation without the king?! Kath turned to look at her expressionless dad. He has completely changed. He stood still, his gaze fixed at nothing in particular. The best description to give is that he was standing like a robot who is waiting to get controlled before he could take any action. "As I said earlier I will be going back with him." When Ravana said this, the people of Nazirites flared up and even Kath couldn't explain where the strength and zeal came from but she knew she suddenly felt energetic to fight till her last drop of blood.  The people of Nazirites clenched firmly to their swords and started walking in Ravana's direction.   Not that, they had no fear in them, but they can't just stand still and watch Ravana take the king away, Never! "Hold on, are you coming after me? Am I supposed to get scared and beg now?" Ravana cracked up, followed by a loud chuckle, "I am running out of time. My people need me, and besides, I never said that man over there was your king, or did I?" Kath and the people of Nazirites paused and made a rethink, trying to put every into an actual sense. Simultaneously, they turned to look at their supposed expressionless king. What are they supposed to believe now? That the man standing right in front of them is no longer their king or what? "I would answer that question. Of course not, that's not your king. The man standing right in front of you is someone whom I replaced with your king a while ago; of course, known of you noticed that I did something fun, right? Just so you know, your King is at the top mountain behind you. Go look for him. I made him unconscious, but I assure you, he's not dead yet. Am running out of time. See you later." And With that said, Ravana turned his back and started walking back into the blazing fire.  They stared at him in confusion until he was finally out of sight or maybe, he disappeared. Again, they turned around to look at their supposed king, but he was no longer there; he is gone, Ravana has taken him away. The King is at the top mountain behind them? How is that possible? Besides, what mountain was he talking about? "Princess, there's a very huge Mountain behind us? My dad once told me about it." These words had pulled Kath out from her thoughts.  She replied thoughtfully, "There is a mountain behind us? How did my father end up at the top Mountain?" She muttered the last part to her herself. Kath was as confused as hell! She couldn't tell if Ravana only said that so, he could easily get away with her dad, or he was just messing around with them. When did they switch? She was positive her dad: the king was here with them so… Has she been wrong all along? She thought her dad was possessed and was acting under Ravana's control, but this time, the case is completely different, someone replaced her dad. "It is possible. Ravana has supernatural powers. He could easily telepath the king to whatever location he intends to." Someone said beside her as she nodded her head in agreement. "But, is it possible to locate the mountain? Remember everywhere is still dar…" A man placed his hands on her shoulder, cutting her mid-sentence. "Of course, it is possible, and besides, the day is no longer dark, see? It is now bright. Immediately Ravana disappeared everywhere became bright."   Kath raised her head to look at the sky. She was so deep in thought that she didn't realize the day has turned bright. That's great news then! "Then what are we still waiting for? We should go search for the king." She said hesitantly and turned to look at the man that has been talking to her this whole time. Again, she swerved her gaze to the soldiers to call for assistance. Some are busy assisting those soldiers that were assaulted by Ravana but aren't dead yet, while others are using their eyes to trace the mountain where Ravana had said the king was. Kath told some soldiers to accompany her to look for the King which they obliged to, while the rest stays there to assist those assaulted soldiers. Kath breathes out silently praying that her dad should be at the mountain instead of being taken away by Ravana.
