“I’M A WHAT?!” I exclaimed, not understanding all the commotion that had just happened. I didn’t understand why Acyn was upset one minute then happy and twirling me the next, then Jon called him Alpha, and then Edayna lying to me this whole time I’ve known her… It was a lot all at one time, and I needed some fresh air and space. Everyone kept talking at once while my head started spinning and I felt like I wasn’t going to be able to breathe if I didn’t get out of there.
I looked over at and saw that everyone was busy talking. This was the perfect opportunity so I quietly slipped away, going outside the library and into the garden.
It was beautiful, with the new green shoots of grass and plants springing from the brown of the earth. Breathing deep and filling my lung
