From what I've gathered today Marty owns the shop but Reed, Carl and Alexis basically run it. Alexis deals with customers, Reed lists and orders parts, Carl handles finances and they just make Jones do all the heavy lifting. On top of all of that they're mechanics too. I now understand why their salaries are not your average mechanic salary.
I gathered all this information today without having a single conversation with any of them.
