I knew that question was coming. “Ryder decided he didn’t want to attend his first two classes today.” Which is not technically a lie. “Unfortunately, he would not drop me off at the school because he is a dick.” Also, not a lie. He pretty much held me hostage this morning. Logan nods his head as he processes the information. “Well, I am supposed to get my car back from the shop either tomorrow or the next day. So, you can just tell his dad you have a ride and don’t need to ride with your asshole of a stepbrother anymore.” I laugh at that. “That sounds amazing.
