Chapter Twenty-Six The vortex ring grenade knocked the wind from Sophia and sent her tumbling through the bank aisle, through the rope and metal poles, and into the wall beneath the teller windows. She wasn’t sure how long she was out, seconds or minutes, but when she came to, Big Dog was advancing to the front of the store, the glass before him blown out and offering him barely a corner to shoot from.
