we'd enjoyed our weekend at the lake with our friends and we did have so much fun. it felt good to just be free, to act silly and just be with people who cares about us both.
we'd made it through another busy week, I'd even tried a few recipes this week and we managed to get some work done on the cafe in the evenings when we weren't busy. yesterday I finally took the leap and went there by myself, at first I was anxious but after I moved around in there a bit I was comfortable, I knew I was safe in there and to even help me feel even more at ease D had installed a security system. I never thought I'd need it before I actually opened but hey it does help me feel a certain peace knowing it's there.
