  Carlisle.   Moving out of Damon's warm arm, I look at him with a last glance before walking away. Even though he is trying to look strong, I could see the glint of sadness on his face. He doesn't want to leave.   When he first approached I thought maybe he wanted to force himself to kiss me. I blush heavily staring at the red rose which was cliched on my hand as I remembered the kiss we shared together. It was the most wonderful and lovely kiss I have ever had. Sniffing the red rose, I smile softly. I never imagined I could easily forgive him not after what he has made me pass through but realized what happened when I succumbed to his talk which led to the kiss. I touch the lips and smile, thinking of the kiss. I held the rose firmly, it was a form of remembrance. It was a few minutes
