•Alone at dinner•
"To be so lonely." - Harry Styles
『★』『★』『★』
☞ WAS i really going to do this? I mean I was having dinner alone with my boss. I looked in the mirror. This wasn't too formal was it? Was this giving her 'This is a date' type dress? I really hope not.
"Girl breathe. It's just dinner. Hoping It'd lead to more than that." Angeline smirked. I rolled my eyes and turned around. "Nothings going to happen." I mean I hope but don't hope at the same time.
It'll open a can of worms. And I don't need any drama right now. "Mkay." She smirked. "Now, get down there."
I huffed. "I don't even know how Cat is letting this happen."
"Because she's not here. Chill out. It's nothing but dinner. If she comes in just say I left called it a night early." She shrugged. I nodded. "Now go. I'm sure she's waiting for you."
I huffed. "Is this dress to formal?" I asked. "I'm gonna change." I walked into my closet, unzipping the dress. I picked a pastel dress, it had flowers on it. It wasn't screaming date type dress.
Just a dress you'd go outside in. "Okay I feel much better." I smiled, I walked to the door and opened it, leaving her in my room. I headed to the dining room table, and I actually knew which ones this time. She was standing there with a smile. "Thank you for coming. I know I should've invited the other girl but I dont know her that much."
I nodded, waving my hand dismissively. "It's okay. I'm fine with it." I smiled. "I like that dress, it suits you." She said, sitting down. I thanked her. The cooks brought food out, which looked absolutely yummy and truly for two people. "I didn't want to make you something you weren't familiar with, so I just went with Alfredo shrimp." She said.
I shrugged. "I love trying new food. I'm open to anything." She nodded. "So, how was your day today? Sorry it was a bit busy. There's supposed to be this huge storm and I wanna make sure I have everything ready to go for everyone." I nodded.
"My day was good. I always enjoy seeing another day." I did watch the news earlier, there was a big storm coming but it looked like it was going to change. "Good. And I enjoy having you work for me. For my wife and I." She said.
God I hate the way she said her and her wife. I gave her a nod, smiling softly. She hummed and drifted her eyes from my face, to my breasts. I would be lying if I said she couldn't see my n*****s from getting hard.
It was cold okay? She then drifted her eyes back to mine, and smiled. "When did you and Catrina meet?" I asked, she looked behind me and then back at me. "I know she likes to give out this cute amazing story about how we met and how long we'd been together but she's just fibbing." She said, chuckling.
"It wasn't pretty." She told me, I tilted my head, wiping my mouth. "I actually hated her. She was that pick me from high school, cliche cheerleader." She said, shaking her head. "Of course I thought she was pretty, but every single time I talked to her I wanted to rip my ears off."
I giggled. "We graduated high school, and we ran into one another three years later. And I actually took a liking towards her. We started talking, dating and then married." She smiled. "Do you guys want children?" I asked her, she nodded.
"She unfortunately can't have children. So we're trying to adopt." I nodded, she smiled. "What about you? Have someone special in your life?"
I shrugged. "Honestly no. Angeline, you and cat are the only people I talk to everyday. I mean I liked someone but it didn't go anywhere."
She tilted her head. "Did you make a move?" I shook my head. "I couldn't exactly do that." I said, she raised an eyebrow. "How so?"
Because she was you and you're happily married. "Just under difficult circumstances, plus I'm always nervous to make the first move." I laughed nervously.
"What would you tell her if you could?" I shrugged, looking down at my plate. "I honestly don't know. I just doubted myself about liking her, that I never thought about it. Always told myself it would never happen." I said.
She stood up and sat next to me. "Well anything's possible. What if she liked you back, hm? What would happen then?" She asked me. What if she did like me back? What would happen? Probably a whole lot of making out.
And a whole lot of guilt. "No good things. Great things for me, but the outcome would be horrible." She hummed, resting her head on her first, her arm on the table. "But what if these complications weren't there? What would you do?"
I sighed. "Probably be happy. I feel like I would try and tell the whole world about it." I said, she chuckled. "Who knows, your wishes may come true. You never know." She said, licking her lips. "You know we didn't really eat the food."
She shrugged. "That's alright. I like talking to you. I feel like a therapist." She smirked, I laughed, shaking my head. "You've got a beautiful laugh." She said, I looked into her eyes.
Her smile faded when she looked behind me. She didn't move an inch tho.
I turned around, seeing Catrina's smile twitch. I feel like her eye did too. "What is going on here?" She asked, her tone didn't sound very inviting.
"We were having dinner. You just missed Angeline." I said, she softly narrowed her eyes at me, and then looked at her wife. "I thought you were staying the night over your friends."
Catrina scoffed. "Let's not do this again. Clean this mess up. I'm too tired for this." She said, leaving. I looked at Sorinah who actually let out a little laugh. "That's not funny, we upset her." I said, shaking my head.
"There's more to this you don't know about us. But you'll find out sooner or later." She said, winking. I stood up. She looked me up and down, biting her lip. "Are you really going to sleep?" She asked, I shrugged.
"Maybe not sleep, but I don't wanna upset her any further, she sounded angry." I've never really heard her angry towards me. So this was a new thing. And I really didn't like it. "How about, you and Angeline get ready because we're gonna watch a movie in the theater."
I raised an eyebrow. "Without Catrina?" She chuckled. "She's gonna come as well." I slowly nodded. "Okay then. I'll let Angeline know."
I turned around, about to walk out of the dining room. She cleared her throat. "Pull your dress down." I quickly pulled it down, embarrassed. Was my ass showing? It's a f*****g dress, was my ass that big? I quickly made my way upstairs and groaned as soon as I hit the bed.
"I'm already ready for the movie!"
