Andrew would never say anything sweet, but Wayne's words always had a way with women. So, the rumor had it that there was always one more woman around Wayne than around Andrew.
"Cynthia," said Wayne, squinting at her back and chuckling, "how come an ordinary white shirt and jeans can look so good on you?"
"Enough already." Cynthia turned around, tucking her long hair behind her ear. "I'm here to work. No one knows who I am, neither in the company nor in this welfare house. And I don't want anyone to know."
Wayne smiled. "So I'll just keep my distance and call you Ms. Johnson from now on."
"That's not necessary. Just call me Cynthia."
"That's too formal." He moved closer to her, his low voice slightly seductive. "Given our relationship, I think Thia sounds better."
