“Are you sure he’s willing to testify? Because the last time you brought him to me, the man was working on the other side,” Sander exclaimed as he sat at the bar with Lowell Sebastian. After hearing what he had to say, he decided not to delay the matter any longer. With the upcoming trial looming over them, a solid witness testimony could secure their win in court. The only problem was the witness itself. Looking back at the man’s arrogant demeanor the last time they met brought displeasure and a sour taste to his mouth. “There’s no harm in hearing him out,” the SMU Publishing CEO replied before shifting to the bartender. “The usual, please. And…” he paused and turned his attention back to Sander. “Non-alcoholic drink, I assume?” “Anything light is fine. We’re day drinking anyway.”
