Mateo's heart stopped beating for split seconds upon hearing the loud unpleasant noise. A hard punch in the face and maybe a broken nose too. The message was clear, someone was jealous or just too egoistic to hear such words coming out from his brother's mouth. Lorenzo Alessandro stood tall, practically throwing daggers towards Lorenzo Marcelo, who was wiping the blood running down his nose, the punch sure was harsh. The older heir, although unsettled in his sick on the sudden impact, wore a mischievous grin. As if not even close to being offended.
"Nice blow Lorenzo but you could do no harm", he whined sarcastically as he shuffled closer to his younger brother whose body was burning with anger and uninvited jealousy. "Jealous much?" Marcelo whispered up close, making the younger heir snap and pounce at his brother once again but a pair of arm pulled him back.
"Alessandro! Stop!" The lady head hollered, Mateo not noticing her arrival being too shocked over the past few seconds, he flinched. "What the hell do you think you're doing?! Fighting your brother over this worthless badblood!" Mateo's lips trembled with anger, it was funny how much he could come to hate a person in just a day.
"That f*****g badblood's my wife! His useless comments are not needed!" Alessandro retorted, breaking free from his mother's grip and balling his fist against Marcelo's collar. The older boy looked flat and unimpressed even with his nose bleeding. "What if it was Natalia! I am sure this f*****g retarded asshole would say the same!!" He stared into his eyes, flaring with anger but the older brother had a smirk imprinted on his face since birth. Mrs. Lorenzo jerked Alessandro's arm away, frustrated.
"Enough!" She screeched, to her it was not normal. Her sons never fought, why? Because they barely had time for each other's life but now that they were fighting, she couldn't help but hate on the cause of it. Jose Mateo. "Marcelo! Leave, now!"
"I will but tell your little son to stop being so insecure over something he doesn't even own ha".
"It's not a thing! It's a f*****g human!" Alessandro boiled, getting angrier by every instant, his teeth gritted together as he spoke surprising Mateo on how much anger one could contain at a time and Alessandro seemed to have no limits. Mateo just stood still, maintaining his composure as he watched closely. He felt touched for the remark was certainly not needed and Alessandro fighting over it was confusing to him? He was perplexed whether to like this situation or despise it.
"Yeah. A human you don't own" With that Marcelo walked away, rubbing his nose, leaving a dumbfounded Alessandro with Mateo and a raging mother.
Mateo's heart fell, he knew it was his turn now. For some unclear reason, he knew he would get blamed for this, by whom? He didn't quite have a clue. The shaken boy was on the verge of running away when lady Lorenzo gripped his chin hard, Mateo gasped, catching a baffled Alessandro's attention. Why now...
"And listen you badblood. If my sons fight with each other over you one more f*****g time, I'll throw you in the cellar. Don't show your slutty attitude here, this is not your f*****g bar, you can seduce people all you want at your home." She whispered, dangerously close to Mateo as her pupils dilated, too big for her eye socket. The boy looked shocked, taken aback and hurt as he pulled out his lower lip, on the verge of breaking apart, his eyes glistening with tears. One thing he couldn't stand was people insulting his family and now that he was facing the wrath, it hurt him more than ever.
Alessandro just stared at his mother's back, his eyebrows furrowed, a permanent frown on his face as he listened. He didn't budge even when his mother pushed Mateo away after almost digging her nails in his cheeks while gripping his chin, he could see the red marks on his milky skin as a sob escaped the younger one's lips. Despite knowing the misery his mother and this entire uninvited catastrophe had caused to the boy, he took no interest in his well-being as right after his mother left, he was on it. The taller guy grabbed Mateo by his shoulder and shove him into the wall, trapping him between the wall and his broad torso. Mateo jumped in his own skin, not expecting or in a mood to take in more insults in just a day. Tears started flooding down his eyes on the barbarous impact, his hands quickly clutching at his chest, it hurt. His body shook from terror when the younger heir stared him in his glistening eyes, with eyes over-flowing with rage.
"I won't throw you in the cellar, Jose. If I get to know that you're anywhere near Marcelo, I'll make sure you never breathe again", he pulled up, nose flaring. Mateo shuddered, lowering his gaze, biting his lips as he tried in vain to suppress his sobs. "And don't f*****g talk to me, never".
The young boy slowly looked up at the older one, upset. He didn't know what Alessandro meant by never talking to him but he was sure it was not something pleasant. His heart ached as soon as the forbidden words left Alessandro's mouth, him not being able to comprehend anything. Why was he getting punished and blamed like this for the actions he never took? Mateo knew this whole was merely a game to them, to humiliate his existence for his sister's actions, to traumatize him for life, he knew his life was ruined for good since marriage is not something to be taken lightly but then again, aren't they humans too? Didn't they see him as one? The answer is, they didn't, and he was aware of it.
"Now get the f**k off my face and don't show up infront of me ever again".
Noona I need you... I am tired, I want to go home.
