Mal POV
“WHAT DO YOU MEAN THEY ESCAPED?” I yell out at the guard. How can someone escape with the amount of guards that are always on duty? “How did they escape a highly guarded compound?”
“It seems they were let out after someone knocked out some of the guards that were patrolling their hall,” he informs me.
I looked over at Ollie who was standing in front of my desk. “Tell everyone to meet in the throne room in one hour. I’m going to the cells to take a look and see if I can find anything that can help identify the traitor.”
Ollie nods to me as Alexander and I walk out of the office with the guard in tow. When we arrive at the cells, I storm straight to where Mathias and Allison were being held.
Looking at the cells, only one is open wide. Looking at the guard, I ask “Has anyone
