“Alexander, Baby, are you sure we can’t have my Luna ceremony before the ball? Also, did you listen to the CD I recorded for you?” Allison’s annoying voice reaches my ears. For the past week, she has asked this at least 4 times a day. The ball is in 3 days and we are heading to the palace in the morning. I sigh in my head and look up at her standing at my office door.
“I already told you that I want to wait until after the ball so we could take a little vacation after. Think of it as a honeymoon,” I tell her with a fake smile.
