Morning light streamed into the master bedroom. Sophia turned over in bed and woke up. The first thing she saw upon opening her eyes was the white note on the bedside table. She stretched languidly before slowly getting up from the bed. Picking up the note, she read the message, [I'm leaving. Have a sweet dream, Lucas.] A sweet smile curved on Sophia's lips as she pressed Lucas' note to her heart. This was where Lucas differed from Benjamin. Although Lucas did not speak and could be cold at times, his tenderness could be very heartwarming. Sophia grabbed her phone to check the time. It was half past eight. She was going to be late for work! The Summit Building. Sophia ran hurriedly to her office, but before she could get there, she noticed the security guards moving her items out.
