Hands on the bed's edge, Benjamin frowned gloomily at Sophia. "What are you crying about?" His deep and husky voice carried an undertone of barely discernible panic. Sophia closed her eyes, allowing the tears to flow freely down her cheeks and to be absorbed by the pillow. She didn't respond to Benjamin. Benjamin felt so frustrated. Did she despise him that much?
