IRIS The inside of the jet screamed top class, it was sleek and as I slipped into one of the seats, I felt so comfortable. I could literally sleep in it. Damon slipped in beside me and offered me a brief smile before fastening his seat belt. I was so engrossed in this environment that when the jet started its ascent, my eyes widened and I gripped the sides of my seat. Damon must have seen me before he immediately wrapped his arms around me and brought my head to his chest. This somehow calmed me down and the rest of the trip was less chaotic.
