The fire raged around me as the golem plunged its fist of flames into one Ent after the other. The smile on my lips wouldn't fade no matter how hard I tried. In a way, I was enjoying this destruction. These creatures refused to back down, they wanted to put their lives on the line for the imps.  I would let them do that, and I would walk over the remains. The sharp scent of burning woods stung my nostrils but I continued to march forward. Even as I smile, the tears fall. They roll down my cheeks and drop to the ground below. I don't care to stop them, I don't want to stop them. As much as I hate these monsters, I'm comforted by the fact I still grieve their destruction. My fairies were far behind me.
