STELLA After hours of Arthur making me laugh . He convinces me to take take a stroll with him. “I can't say no now,” I chuckled. We strolled to the lake by the restaurant. “Omg,it's so pretty from a distance,” I muttered. Arthur smiled . “Sure it is.” Everywhere was quiet in the way that felt intentional. Like the world had agreed to lower its voice for us. Arthur walked beside me. Our shoulders brushed now and then accidentally, but neither of us corrected it. The water reflected the sky, silver and pale, rippling softly with the breeze. “You look calmer,” he said. “I feel calmer,” I admitted. “That doesn't happen very often.” He gave a small nod. “ I understand how you feel. Everything good is a little dangerous.” I stopped walking. He stopped too, turning fully toward me.
