The air cracked with energy from the spells cast by both Zelda and her sister in the quest to defeat each other which made the ground shake. Blossom stood at a distance watching since Zelda seemed to have it under control but also because after what had happened with her own siblings, she didn't think this was her fight. The other witches were entrapped looking on too with mixed appearances but she knew that they were just glad to be out of the war otherwise they would be attempting to set themselves free. They weren't fighting for the right reasons but rather to obey their leader.
