JAY'S POV
I paced up and down Alpha Caliph's chambers furiously. I had struggled so hard to restrain myself from attacking any of my superiors but in there the anger was boiling inside me like a live pit of venomous vipers hungrily waiting for a meal. None of what they had done was okay, especially not gaslighting Blossom, tricking her into doing the one thing they wanted to use against her.
"It's not okay!" I stated angrily. "It's like Capheus has them wrapped around his finger for some reason I can't tell and..." I breathed hard. "How did I not know that attack was so crafty? If I had been doing my job protecting her as I have always protected you, maybe I would have realized what Capheus was up to."
