Chapter Four I rubbed my eyes to try and chase away the tiredness. Perhaps I'd ask Amun if we could just sleep tonight, rather than spend any of it plotting how we were going to find out more about Seth's plans and escaping. So far, we'd gotten nowhere, though Amun thought he'd found a way to reverse the way the ankh worked, but it would take a bit more time. I hoped it wouldn't take too much longer, we needed to get out of here quickly. The chains around my lower legs clattered together as I leaned forward to pick up my goblet of wine, a reminder of how little freedom I had in this place.
