CREST POV "Hunter?" His eyes darkened, he seemed to be fighting his wolf inside. He dazed blankly at me. "I—I need to change now," I darted upstairs and rushed towards the bathroom, leaving my mate downstairs. I don't know what's going on his head, but I can't stand to be this sweaty and stinky after hunting in the woods. After a moment, I finished washing all the dirt on my body. It was then I realized that I hadn't brought my extra clothes with me in the bathroom, so I guess I needed to wrap the towel around my body and walk towards the bedroom to get those clothes that I forgot where I had put them.
