Chapter 3: Hood-Hoe

1006 Words
"Wake up! Get off my lawn!" The voice muttered over and over driving a huge hammer to my migraine. I know that's not a hangover migraine because this hurts like f*****g hell! The side of my neck is what really kills. That guy seriously drugged me, he drugged me! God knows what he did to me. This is why we never get in cars with strangers! Pushing up, I glanced around at the lawn chair and the dog in my lap. The dog seemed confused but happy to see me there, of course I was as confused as he was though. How the f**k did I get here? Where the f**k am I? Standing up I eyed the little old lady shouting at me and swatted her away stretching and walking down the street to find out where the f**k I was. She called me a hoodlum or a hoodrat, I wasn't sure what, something with hood though, maybe a hood hoe? My head feels like a f*****g sledge hammer smacked the back of it. Christ... Looking to the street sign I laughed softly, Berrac and Werwick. I'm on my street. Stupid neighbor, doesn't know her damn neighbors daughter. I've lived there all my life, she needs to stop being such an anal hag and get out more. Walking up the codasac and to the long strip of homes on the street, I noticed mine and headed inside the front door groggily. The house was still super quiet which meant everyone was still in bed. Thank god. Going upstairs I looked down at my phone sighing at the worried texts from mom. I'm so in trouble. Stripping down I got dressed in a pair of shorts and a tank top with my flip flops and went downstairs to the kitchen to take down an Advil or six. "Morning, out all night?" Mom asked as she walked in yawning. I yawned feeling it's contagiousness and nodded, "Maddi couldn't drive home so I just drove her home and fell asleep there." I commented grabbing a bowl and filling it with strawberries and blueberries. She gave me a look over and nodded. Mom must've had a good night or morning text because she's actually in a good mood. "Don't forget to take your car to the mechanics today, it needs to get an oil change and I'm not going to be the one to do it." Mom stated taking her coffee out the kitchen. I nodded and took my purse from the living room tossing Maddis keys inside. Texting her, I figured I could drop her off at her car. 'Wya? I'm taking you to your car. Long story.' I pressed send and got into my car looking down at the check engine light beeping at me "I get it, okay? You need some loving. I get it." I shouted at my car backing out and sighing. BING! Glancing down I eyed the message 'Just got to Lisa's.' She added a tired emoji. Alrighty, thank God she's closer. Driving off to Lisa's house I parked my car and hopped out going to the front door replaying my long ass night in my head. Lisa opened the door dressed in her pajamas and smiling "Morning sugar, come in." She stepped aside and I walked inside as she shut the door. Lisa is always home alone, her mom goes and travels a lot with a new guy every month. It's insane. I went to the kitchen where I knew Maddi would be, and there she was eating cookies sitting criss cross on the counter. "Morning babe, how'd you sleep?" She asked. Scoffing I sat down "Did you know Derek has an older brother who is so edible you could literally fry an egg on his body because of how hot it is?" I sighed laying my head on the cool granite table. Silence filled the room before Maddi laughed "I did not know that but if you're actually going to tell me you met him last night I'm going to freak." She starred at me curiously. I laughed "I spent three hours with him in his car running errands and even shot a guys d**k off." Running my hands through my hair I looked over at their confused looks. Lisa ran a hand over my head "Hunny are you feeling okay?" She asked me softly. Yea if they had told me that I would have said the same thing. "I'm okay, I actually have to take my car to the mechanics, gotta get an oil change and check my engine so it stops yelling at me. I just came to get Maddi." I stood and they both eyed me carefully still. I laughed "I'm fine guys honestly." I responded standing and looking to Maddi who slowly got off the counter and began walking to the front door giving weird looks to Lisa. I'll kick both their asses. "Go!" I kneed Maddis ass making her laugh and hurry out the door. Maddi and I got in my car and she looked me over smirking "Did you guys do anything?" She asked seductively. I rolled my eyes "Oh yeah we had s*x in the back of his jeep." I sarcastically said causing her to shove me. Laughing I turned the car on and backed out listening to her talk all about Derik as we drove to the house and to her parked car. I practically kicked her out after being so disgusted with her even going for such a cocky guy. Blehk. She drove off ahead of me leaving me and my beeping car to think about last night. The more I think about it, the more of an asshole he seemed. I mean he literally tried to leave me like five times and then he knocked me out! He drugged me! Who even does that? A simple 'shut up' would've sufficed. Running my hand over the bruise on my neck, I hissed, what an asshole. Hopefully I never see his face again.
