trying to get out Rage

after about one hour in the bath i got out and got dressed when i went back to the bed room there was a plate of food on the desk i st down and ate all of it then i went to sit down next to the window. even though my father was not the best he still raised me to be who i am to be the strong girl that needed no one. did not need a mate did not need anyone. but now i don't even have my father any more. 

i can't run i can't kill i just have my thoughts and this rage in me and no way to let it out.

"hey Bane can you come with me" Skyler said i growled because she did not knock or maybe she did and i did not hear her.

"sure" i said as i got up and fallowed her when we got to were she was taking me. it looked like a gym

"i thought you might want to punch something" she said as she pointed to the punching bags 

"sure" i said as i walked over to the bag and hit it

she grabbed the bag so i hit it again harder and harder i did that for about and hour when i hit it and it broke. i looked over to the tread mill i walked over and turned it on and started to run i needed to work out what i was feeling and breaking the bag did not work i new sky was watching me.

after about 8 miles i got off of the tread mill i did not know what to do i was filled with rage or guilt i do not know the diffrence at this point.

"hey are sure your okay" sky asked me and i just looked at her

"yeah why would i not be" i said as i shifted how i was standing. why did she care any way i mean have i ever showed any emotions or did i.

i heard someone walk in but i paid it no mind till his smell hit my nose i had to hold back a growl when i felt the sparks on my arm. i moved away from him and then looked at him.

"what do you think your doing" i said as i looked at him i was trying everything not to attack him i was so angry at the world and he was there.

"sorry i was just trying to be a good mate" he said as he took one step closer i growled when he did he stopped.

"okay Bane why don't us three go for a run" skyler said. i looked at her a nodded my head all three of us went out side and shifted i took off i know they are behind me i ran and ran i was not getting tired but i could hear Skyler and Jake's breathing is getting heavyer with  every step.

after about 30 minutes i slowed down and then came to a stop when we reached a stream i layed down next to it.
