“Are you going home tonight?” Raj asked, leaning against my doorframe and yawning. He wiped his tired eyes and sighed. “It’s almost one a.m. Roman probably has the whole pack out in the forest by now, trying to find you.” I stared out into the forest through the large windows in my office, my eyes desperately wanting to close and get some rest for the night. We’d had such a long day, transporting all the corrupted people who couldn’t quite move themselves. All I wanted to do was sleep, but I didn’t trust my wolf anymore.
