Chapter 35
Today I woke up next to Tristan. I stare at him sleeping and gave him a kiss on his nose. He opened his beautiful blue eyes and smiled at me.
Tristan: “Good morning love.”
Luna: “Good morning. Is almost time for you to wake up. I’m leaving soon for training.”
Tristan: “Okay love. Ill see you tonight.”
I finished getting ready and left to have breakfast with the commanders. When I got there they were all talking and grabbing food from the buffet area.
Luna: “Good morning everyone.”
Commanders: “Good morning.”
I walked towards Kraven and gave him a kiss on the cheek.
Luna: “Good morning.”
He quickly grabbed my waist and pull me in, he kissed me on my cheek and smiled.
Kraven: “Good morning princess.”
I smiled and went to grab my food. We all sat down on the table we ate and talked.
Shaun: “Meet me outside in five minutes.”
And so we finished our food and went out.
Shaun: “You all can sit on the bleachers. I sat down on the bottom one and Kraven sat behind me. I leaned back and was between his legs with my elbow on his right leg. Shaun started saying the instructions for the training and while we listen Kraven started caressing my arm.”
Shaun: “Well today we are going to practice defending our self’s against creatures whom are stronger then us. We are going to start with Malcom and Kraven. But since I know how strong you to are you guys have twenty minutes to make your opponent surrender. Okay get up and start.”
Kraven and Malcom got up and met in the middle of a circle Shaun created.
Shaun: “Start.”
They started and Malcom is going hard on Kraven. But Kraven is holding well. They even started laughing at one point. You could hear the loud noises there shields were making. They were hitting so hard that sparks came out of their swords.
Shaun: “Okay times up. Now. Braxton and Selene.”
They got ready.
Shaun: “Start.”
Selene has her shield up and Braxton is attacking her. She managed to shield her self and landed a hit on him.
Shaun: “Good job Selene. Braxton next time don’t hold back.”
Braxton: “Sorry but I’m not going to attack her with all I have. I could harm her and that’s not me.”
Selene: “Thanks Braxton.”
Braxton: “No problem.”
Shaun: “Okay now Luna and Malcom.”
Kraven: “Wait Luna cant fight Malcom.”
Shaun: “Get out here you two and get ready.”
Kraven: “I’m sorry but that’s not going to happened. Is to dangerous for her.”
Shaun: “Kraven I’m the teacher I know what I’m doing.”
Kraven: “Do you? Ill do it instead of Malcom.”
Shaun: “No, is Luna and Malcom. Now get in the circle Luna.”
I looked at Kraven and he’s holding me by my hand.
Kraven: “Don’t go Luna. He can really hurt you. When he fights he always gives his all.”
Shaun: “Luna now.”
I looked at Kraven.
Luna: “I have to do it. I need to learn how to overcome someone stronger than me.”
Kraven: “Please don’t.”
Shaun: “Luna if you don’t do it there will be consequences for everyone.”
Luna: “Ill do it.”
Kraven: “Shaun if something happens to her you will deal with me. And Malcom be careful not to over do it.”
I got up and into the circle. I have my sword and shield up.
Shaun: “Start.”
Without hesitation Malcom blows his first hit pushing me three feet’s back. I held his attack with my sword. He blows another and I blocked it with my shield.
Shaun: “Keep going.”
Kraven: “They need to stop.”
I tried to get a hit but he blocked and pushed me back again. I manage to block again and on the side I cut a piece of his clothing. His eyes changed he looks more serious now. He starts attacking me none stop all I can do is hold done with my shield. But in one of his attacks I felt my arm did a crack sound. I started having pain immediately. But he just kept on charging at me. I manage to get away from him. But he just kept coming at me. I see him look different is like he is not even there. I switch my shield to my other hand. But I’m in so much pain I cant hold my sword with my other one. He landed a hit on my shield and I felt my arm popped out of place I screamed in pain. He jumped in the air to hit again. I’m on my knees with my shield up. I know is going to hurt like hell. As he is about to hit me Kraven gets in the fight and blocks with his sword and pushed him away about ten feet’s from me.
Kraven: “Enough! Malcom what the hell is wrong with you?”
Malcom’s look changed again.
Malcom: “I’m sorry Kraven is just when I fight I cant think straight. All I want to do is win.”
Shaun: “How dare you interrupted the fight Kraven.”
Kraven rushes to Shaun and grabs him by his neck.
Kraven: “Your lucky I cant kill you right now.”
Shaun: “The queen will hear from this.”
His gasping for air as Kraven squished his neck harder.
Luna: “Kraven! Help!”
Braxton rushes to me.
Braxton: “Kraven she needs to go to the hospital.”
Kraven looks over at me and his red eyes change back to green. He ran to me.
Kraven: “Babe, are you okay?”
Luna: “No, it hurts so bad.”
He grabbed me in his arms and speed ran to the hospital. When he gets there I passed out from the pain.
The doctor does his checkup and sees my left shoulder out of place. My other arm had some broken bones. I manage to wake up. I’m still in Kraven’s arms.
Doctor: “Luna I have to get your shoulder in place.”
Luna: “Okay.”
As he did it I screamed in pain so loud. I’m in Kraven’s arms and he is giving me support with all this. But it feels better now. The doctor ran some x-rays and found my arm broke in three different places. Kraven is so mad.
I’m in Kraven’s lap still while we wait for the doctor again. He started giving me gentle kisses on my shoulder telling me everything will be okay. He is holding me with his arms wrapped around me I feel safe.
Doctor: “Okay everything is ready Luna. We need to get you a temporary cast.”
We walked and went in to another room and got It done. As I’m in there Kraven is with me thru everything holding my hand.”
We started hearing commotion outside of the room. The commanders made it there and with them my mom, Tristan and Lord Barek. My mom walks in and sees me with my cast on.
Queen: “Oh Luna how are you feeling?”
Luna: “I’m okay now.”
Queen: “Thank you Kraven for bringing her here fast. I talked to Selene and she doesn’t have healing water. She said she would make it but it will be ready for tomorrow.”
Doctor: “I need for her to stay the night in observation until she gets the healing water.”
Queen: “Okay whatever is necessary. Luna Ill stay with you just in case you need help since you cant use well your arms.”
Luna: “You don’t have to mom Ill be fine. I know you have a lot of things to do.”
Queen: “I can do them later. But if you can do it yourself then I wont stay.”
Kraven: “I can stay with her my queen.”
Queen: “Are you sure.”
Luna: “You don’t have to Kraven.”
Kraven: “I don’t have anything to do and besides I love spending time with your daughter.”
He had a smirk on his face.
Queen: “Well then is settle Kraven will stay with you.”
Luna: “I’m sure Tristan will stay with me mom.”
Queen: “Well if he doesn’t then Kraven you stay with her.”
Kraven: “Yes my queen.”
Tristan walks in and my mom asked him if he would stay.
Tristan: “I would love to but my father asked me to do something and I cant.”
Luna: “What about later when your off work.”
Tristan: “I cant I was going to tell you I wasn’t going to make it to you tonight. I have some stuff for my birthday I need to take care of.”
Luna: “Okay I understand.”
Queen: “Well I’m off Luna. Kraven take good care of her.”
Tristan stares at Kraven.
Kraven: “Well Ill give you two space. Luna I’m going to my room to get some stuff. Do you need anything.”
Luna: “No, thank you Kraven”
Kraven leaves the room.
Tristan: “His going to stay here with you?”
Luna: “Yes my mom doesn’t want me to be alone without help.”
Tristan: “Why him?”
Luna: “Well she asked you and you couldn’t. That’s not my fault. I wanted you here with me today but I understand you cant.”
Tristan: “I’m sorry love.”
Luna: “I’m okay, don’t worry is only until tomorrow.”
Tristan: “How did this happened to you love?”
I told him everything.
Tristan: “We need to talk to your mom tomorrow about this. This can never happened again. Shaun should of known better.”
Luna: “Yes. If not for Kraven my arm would be worst.”
There’s a knock on the door. Is a nurse.
Nurse: “Luna your room is ready follow me.”
Tristan helps me out of the high bed and walks me to the room. The room is big with its own bathroom and a tv the air conditional is really cold.
Luna: “I need a blanket.”
Tristan: “I could go by our room and get you yours.”
Luna: “Don’t worry ill manage with this flat sheets.”
Lord Barek knocks on the door.
Lord Barek: “Luna, I hope you are feeling better.”
Luna: “I am. Thanks.”
Lord Barek: “Tristan we need to go."
Tristan: “Yes father Ill be out soon.”
Lord Barek walks out. Tristan helps me on to the bed and kissed me.
Tristan: “I love you, Ill come back tomorrow as soon as possible.”
Luna: “Okay love. I love you to.”
He left. I fell asleep.
When I opened my eyes I see Kraven next to the bed sitting on the chair.
Kraven: “Hello princess, you are finally awake.”
I look on the bed I have the biggest warmth blanket on me.
Kraven: “I brought you a blanket I knew it was going to be cold for you babe is mine since I couldn’t go get yours.”
It smelled like him. I smiled.
Luna: “Thank you.”
The nurses brought us dinner. Kraven fed me since I cant lift my arms. Then the nurses helped me to take a shower. I got dress and went back to bed.
Kraven: “So what do you want to do next?”
Luna: “Maybe watch some tv.”
Kraven: “We started watching something."
Later on I got tired and fell asleep. I kept turning around on the bed. I couldn’t really sleep.”
Kraven: “Are you okay.”
Luna: “Not really I cant get to sleep at all. He crawls on the bed with me and pulls me closer to him gently without hurting me. My upper body is resting on his chest.”
Kraven: “Much better?”
Luna: “Yes.”
He starts caressing my neck until I fell asleep. When I woke up I was still in Kraven’s arms. He had one of his hands on my stomached and our faces were inches from each other. I’m looking at him sleep and he opened his eye. He reached for my face and caressed my jaw. He kissed my forehead.
Kraven: “Good morning princess. How are you feeling.”
Luna: “I feel better now.”
Kraven: “Do you want me to get out of the bed now?”
Luna: “Not really. Can you just stay here with me holding me?”
Kraven: “Off course babe.”
He smiled and pull me even closer to his chest.
