For Some Damn Muffin

While on the phone Finn became very perturbed by what Jordan told him. After they hung up Finn was undeniably enraged. He stood up coming from behind his desk and walked over to the coffee table in his office to calm his nerves down but in his fit of rage; he suddenly chopped the table breaking it in half. The guys hearing the commotion in Finn's office bust in with their guns drawn; ready for whatever.

     ''Put your f*****g guns down gotdamnit,'' yelled Finn. ''What the f**k! Boss what the hell is going on in here,'' Taylor asked!? ''Maaan, I'm going to kill that Dan Parker! He's out here playing f*****g games with Blue,'' he replied as he fixed his attire. ''What happened...tell us what going on god,'' asked Mason? ''You know Jordan picked up Blue and Ethan up today right? Well he called and told me, Blue told him she has to go to make some f*****g damn muffins' tonight.

    That girl is too nice. I have to teach her how to say no sometimes. We were supposed to get together tonight but that's not even the half of it. He told her to come by herself. She knows how I feel about that s**t. I swear he's up to something with that s**t. I gotta a feeling in my bones. I just can't pin-point it. He's doing some underhanded s**t that's gonna f**k around and get her involved and when he f***s up she'll be the one to suffer because of it,'' he said. Finn was fuming with anger but was very composed as only a boss could be...considering.

     ''Where the hell is Ethan at,'' Mason asked? ''Jordan and Jasmine got him until she's done. The fuck...is she the only one that can fix some gotdamn muffins,'' he said? ''God, I mean, I can't front, them joints are bangin'. They're mouth wateringly delicious. She probably is the only one in town that can make them like that, I'm just saying'' Mason said. ''f**k that Mace! She better teach somebody how to make those motherfuckers but it's something more though! Hold up, this is her now,'' said Finn. ''Come on y'all, lets give Boss his privacy. We'll be back when you're done,'' Taylor said. He said, ''Nah, stay right here. I'm going to put her on the speaker''. He answered his phone .

F(Finn) B(Blue)

F: Peace Blue...how you be? How was school?

B: I'm fine and school was great. I have something to tell you .

F: What is it baby? What time you want me to come through?

B: Well that's what I wanted to tell you. Dan called me while I was at school and asked a favor of me.

F: Oh yeah...What's the favor? B: He needs me to come to the coffee shop tonight to bake 5 dozens of muffins but he wants me to come alone. He must be coming there to help me; that's why he said that. Maybe he don't want Ethan there so late.

F: Where are you at now? Is little man with you?

B: We at Walgreen's in the car waiting for Jordan to come out. Here he go; he just came out of the store now.

F: Fine when you get home give me a call before you go down to the coffee shop baby.

B: Okay Love, I'll call you later. Peace king!

F: Peace goddess, I'll be waiting.

     Finn looked at the guys with a grinch expression on his face and they shared his sentiment. ''Boss that s**t don't sound right,'' said Chase. While they were building Liam walked in. "What up doe my brothers? What's wrong with y'all,'' he asked due to everyone in the office having disgruntled looks on there faces? His older brother answered, ''Blue gotta go to the coffee shop to make some gotdamn muffins''! ''WHAT...! Hold up...how's that? Blue made a enough fuckin' muffins on Sunday to last until Friday, so when she comes back to work all Dan has to do is box the muffins up that Blue already made for the orders he may need.

     ''I don't know what the f**k is going on with Dan but he's been on some suspect chin ninja s**t lately,'' said Liam. ''Oh yeah... you've noticed that? This only confirms my premonitions about this Dan cat. I'm gonna get to the bottom of this even if it kills Dan,'' Finn said. Boss, I think Dan's into some nefarious business dealings if those dudes is always looking for him and he ain't never around then some big wig cat is buying f*****g muffins all late and what not. It just strikes me as suspicious,'' said Asher. Liam said, ''Boss he know that Blue's naive when it comes to this street s**t and being she has an undeniably strong work ethic; she'll think nothing of it.

    ''Blue probably really thinks it's just about making more muffins and having them ready by 12 o' clock,'' said Liam. ''Yeah I've noticed that about her. She's very loyal maybe sometimes to her own detriment but I do admire that about her. Question Liam, do you have keys to the coffee shop,'' asked Finn? ''Yeah actually I do! I got the backup keys but I never have to use them because someone is always there by the time I get to work,'' answered Liam. ''We gonna use them tonight,'' said Mason. ''Bust it...this is how we going to do this. Chase, William, Liam, Mason, Callum, Nathan, Levin and I will go in the back way of the coffee shop.

    Liam will let us in that way. The rest of y'all park in the front but down the street a bit so they won't notice anything peculiar. We'll use the binoculars to see who might be scheming when Blue pulls up. We'll communicate through walkie talkie radios to let me know that she enters safely,'' said Finn. ''We got it boss,'' everyone said. While they were coordinating their strategy for the night Blue called Finn back to let him know that she got home safely and would soon be leaving. After he finished talking to her he told the family, ''Lets mount up, she'll be leaving the house soon and should be there in about 40 minutes.

     We should be there in 20 minutes. We can take our positions just in case some s**t pops off'' said Finn . Half of them assemble in one truck and the other half get in another truck. They leave the Bailey Building and about 20 minutes they arrived the coffee shop. Everyone assemble in position ready for whatever. Finn said, ''Taylor, let me know when you see her''. ''Ok Boss, their's is a group of guys in a red Range Rover waiting across the street looking at the shop.

     They look suspect so we'll keep our eyes peeled on them. These might be them cats,'' Taylor said. About 15 minutes later Blue pulls up, gets out of her car, walked to the front door of the coffee shop, opened the door and went inside. Once inside she deactivated the alarm went straight to the kitchen to started on the muffins. A hour into making the muffins she heard a noise. "Hello, Dan is that you,'' she said? When no one answered she stopped and walked to the back of the store with a dough roller in her hand.

      With a little more concern and uncertainty again she said, ''Dan is that you? Their's no time to be playing. Answer me please''! She was about to walk back to the kitchen when Finn put his hand on her mouth. Just when she was about to scream and pull away from him; he turned around and said, ''Baby it's me''. She said, ''What the hell are you doing here''?! He put his finger on her lips and said, ''I need you to go in the office quick and stay in the office. Lock the door and I'll tell you about this later''! Finn kissed her then she locked the door of the office went in the corner of the room and put her knees in her chest. She heard a gun shot and became even more afraid holding her mouth to stop herself from screaming .

FINN POV:

     Liam used the extra key that Dan gave him to open the back door so that we could get in the coffee unnoticed. Now that we were inside the coffee shop we had to whisper so that Blue wouldn't spot us. I asked Liam, ''Yo god, do you know where Blue could be''? He said, "I don't know but she's more than likely in the kitchen baking those muffins. Stay here, I'll be right. I'm going to see where she's at that way if she sees me she won't be startled''.

      Liam had left to locate Blue without being noticed. Five minutes later he returned and told us that she was in kitchen doing her baking so I told the family to spread out inconspicuously. While someone was taking position they must've knocked over a coffee pot. I heard a loud crash to the floor and Blue calling out to know who it was.

     As she left the kitchen with her dough roller in hand I moved in stealth behind and grabbed her by the face and put my hand over her mouth to prevent her from screaming. I knew she would be startled so I quickly let her know it was me. Obviously perplexed she would press me for an explanation. I assured her that I would explain later but I needed her to go to the office and lock the door and don't open it until she hears my voice. Once I departed the office I heard the door open. I ducked down, ran and hid behind a wall in the back.

      I peek around the wall and saw three guys entering the shop. With everyone in position and guns drawn out we all watched and listened as they walked around the shop. One guy said, ''Dan said she should be in the kitchen. We'll snatch this b***h up and go''. The other guy said, ''Dan said to take her until he pays his debt off. Boss said Dan has 24 hours and if he doesn't pay by then we'll do what we want to with her and then we'll find Dan then kill his monkey ass. I never liked him anyway''.

     ''What if she brought the kid,'' one of them asked? ''f**k him, we'll just lock him up and kill them both if boss don't get his c.r.e.a.m. Before Blue and I had walked to the office and locked herself inside; I had her go back into the kitchen and turn on the radio as a potential diversion. They walked to the kitchen to get Blue and one of the men said, ''Yo, she ain't in here''! ''What the hell you mean she ain't in there,'' the other guy said''? He responded, ''you heard me.

    The b***h is not in here''! The third guy said, ''the f**k is hoe...nightcrawler or something? Where the hell is she? We saw her when she came in. She's somewhere in here. Lets look around here. This place ain't but so big. Someone go and check for her in the office''. When he said that all of my men move in. One of them pull his gat out and shot at Nathan and Liam. He yelled, ''Jerry someone's here beside us''! ''Whoever the f**k it is kill them,'' said one of the men! I turned off the main switch to the light and that's when Mason and Callum grabbed one of the guys then Levin and William grabbed the other one while Chase chopped the last one across the shoulder and grabbed him.

        With the three of them apprehended we dragged them to the back of the shop and tied them up. I said, ''Look, I'm yall worst nightmare and I ain't for alot of questions and I ain't gotta alot of patience so what yall want with the girl''? One of the men said, ''it's none of your gotdamn business what we doing here''! Mason banged the guy next to the one I asked the question in his mouth and knocked out his two front teeth and busting his upper lip. The dude said, ''what the f**k you hit me for,'' he asked him''?! ''Because he didn't answer correctly,'' said Mason.

    I put my desert eagle to the man's vital nerve and said, ''You're pissin' me off now let me ask you again and this time it better be a better answer. Before I could ask again the third guy asked me, ''well man what business is it of yours? What does it have to do with you she's just a f*****g coffee girl''. ''It's my business cause that f*****g coffee girl is my f*****g queen. She is my f*****g business,'' I said. Their eyes open wider than Steppin Fetched coonin' on a old black and white flick and said to each other, ''Ohhhh s**t.

      ''So again what the f**k's going on now'' I said! They looked at each other then began to explain. ''Dan owes our Boss Mr. Cariocas alot of money so Dan gave the girl and her son up for collateral until he paid his debt back''. ''How much does he owe your boss,'' I asked? ''A quarter million,'', one of the men answered. He has 5 days to pay and if not then we were ordered to kill them. We know where she lives, schools that they attend and the hours and days she works. Believe me, if we don't get her somebody else will,'' the one named Jerry said as he smiled. ''Word? Thats it,'' I asked? ''Yep that's it yo. Simple as that,'' they said. ''Thank you fellas for your honesty.

     You guys have an awesome night. Goodluck in hell you're gonna need it,'' I said laughing then I gave Taylor our look that we only know what it means as I leave the room. Then Taylor steps up shooting the three men point blank range to the head; killing them instantly. He told the others, ''Get rid of these bodies. I want them out of here before Blue comes out''. ''We got it boss,'' everyone said. Meanwhile I walked back to the office where Blue was and knocked on the door but she didn't open it. I turned the knob and it was locked. ''Baby open the door; it's me,'' I said. She wouldn't answer the door. I can here her crying in the office.

      ''Please Blue open the door,'' I pleaded with her. She walked to the door and said, ''tell me where did we go on our first date''? ''Are you for real,'' I asked her in disbelief? Again she said, ''Where did we go''!? ''Okay, if it's gonna get you to open the door; we went to my brother's restuarant. Do you want me tell you what we ate too? She slowly opened the door and jumped in my arms. She was in shock and began crying hysterically; wrapping her arms around my neck tightly. As she held me crying and sobbing she didn't notice that Levin walked up and gave me a nod which meant that those three thugs were dealt with and walked away before Blue could see.

       Blue began rambling and asked me, ''What happened to those guys Griffinn? I heard shots. Are you okay? Did you get hurt''? ''No baby; everything is fine as long as you're safe. No one will try that s**t ever again Baby...I'll tell you what happened later,'' I said. I picked her up in my arms, carried her out of the coffee shop to her car and put her in it. I gave Taylor some instructions then went back to the car where Blue was. ''Griffinn please tell me what all this' about,'' begged Blue? ''Baby if me and the guys weren't there those cats would've kidnapped you and Ethan if you had brought him with you.

       Dan owes some mean people mad money. He put you and Ethan up for collateral until he pays it or if he paid,'' I told her. ''I can't believe he would do something so sinister to me and Ethan for money. Griffinn I want to see my baby. I need him in my arms. I need to know that he's safe Griffinn. Please Baby,'' she said. ''I'll call Jordan now and tell him to meet us at my house. You two have to stay with me until things die down and I'm not taking no for an answer. No ands, ifs or buts. Don't worry Baby; Ethan will be in your arms safe and sound shortly,'' I said.
