Coffee Shop part 2

      Finn left Dan`s Coffee Shop and he just can`t get Blue out of his mind. Her allure was so magnetic and awe- inspiring. "Taylor find everything you can about Dan`s coffee shop and it`s employees. Make sure you get back to me bout that at the end of the day, said Finn. "Gotchu I`m on it boss," said Taylor. Finn started eating his blueberry muffin with his coffee. Um...Um...Um...Damn...this muffin is slammin`, sweet and delicious.Yo Taylor try a piece of this muffin god. You gon` like this s**t," said Finn. "Word is bond, Boss you`re right this muffin is bangin," said Taylor! "When you do find out about Dan`s Coffee Shop make sure you order us 3 dozens of these blueberry muffins for our meeting tomorrow morning. En route to the warehouses Finn was still thinking about Blue. He`s has never thought about a woman like how he had been doing at recent since seeing Blue. Finn arrived at the warehouse and went in to tend to his business of the day.

    Blue was working on some orders when someone called the coffee shop phone. "Hello, Dan`s Coffee Shop, this` Blue the mananger may I help you," said Blue?  "Hey Blue it`s Dan can you please make us 3 dozen of your blueberry muffins and have them ready tonight by closing time please? They`re for an important person," Dan said. "Sure Dan I`ll get started on them when the lunch rush slows down," said Blue. "Great, see you soon," Dan said. Blue sat down in the office and was thinking about how handsome that man was she waited on this morning. Earlier this morning after Finn left Blue began to inquire about who was the guy that she waited on last, that the other guy paid for. Everyone knew who they were.

      They told her that was Finn Bailey and his crew. Blue had heard about them but never seen him up close. Now that Blue had seen Finn up close she could overstand why the ladies she would hear about fallin` head over heels over Finn. He was a very handsome man who carried himself as a distinguished gentleman. Her mind began to wander. Blue gathers her thoughts and goes back to work. It`s 1:38 p.m. and Blue will start making the muffins at 3:00 so they can be still warm when the person who ordered them picks them up. 

     "Since the lunch rush is over you all can go on your lunch break now," said Blue. "All four of us," Liam said?   "Yes all of you. When yall come back I`ll be in the back making a special order that Dan needed me to be do. Yall know it`s gonna be slow for the next few hours so I`ll hold it down until yall come back," said Blue. Blue was wiping off the counter when 2 men came in the coffee shop. "Good afternoon can I help you gentlemen," Blue said? "Two black coffees with four sugars and two blueberry muffins," one of the guys said. Blue proceeds to make the two black coffees and get the two muffins. 

    "Is Dan in today," said the other guy? "Umm...no he should be here in a few minutes if you can wait. You can wait if you like and enjoy your coffees and muffins," said Blue."No just tell him Snake and the Devil came by please," said Snake. "Okay I`ll make sure to let him know when he comes in," Blue said. They paid for their order and left. Ben, Dana, Keisha and Liam came back from there lunch break and started to set up for the evening rush. "Guys I`ll be in the back making these muffins if anyone needs me," said Blue. Dan returns from doing errands and goes straight to the back where Blue is. "Hey Blue, I`m  back, I`ll be in the  office if you need me.

     She started gathering everything she was going to need to make the blueberry muffins. She had everything she needed except the bowl. She couldn`t start without that bowl but being she`s only 5`2``and the bowl was all the way on the top shelf, even with the stepping stool she wouldn`t be able to reach it. She would need help. "Liam come and help me get the bowl off the top shelf and anything else I can`t reach," Blue asked? After Blue got her mixing bowl that she would be mixing everything up in to make her blueberry muffins and once she finished mixing everything, she put the mix in the muffin pan then put the muffin pan in the oven for 20 minutes.

     By the time she cleaned up her mess up and washed the dishes the bell went off on the oven.  Blue took the muffins out of the oven so that they could cool down for 10 minutes. She then put them in  the muffin boxes and placed them in the muffin holder. About 6:35 Blue would be getting off soon to pick up Little Blue. Blue went into Dan`s office to give him a message before leaving but he was talking on the phone. When she came in the office Dan got off the phone suddenly. "Blue you startled me, wassup," said Dan. Blue said, "You ain`t living right Dan but yes, I came in to tell you I`m ready to leave for the day and  when you was gone 2 men was looking for you name Snake and The Devil, peculiar names fa real. Well they told me to tell you they came by," said Blue. 

     "Alright I`ll call them, Blue I need a big favor...I need you to give the order to the person that ordered this special order personally for me please," Dan said. "C`mon you know I gotta pick up Ethan from daycare and I can`t be late.They have a strict late fee policy," Blue said. "I tell you what, you can go pick Ethan up and come back... please Blue.This` someone very important, a potential investor," Dan said. "I`ll tell you Dan you always got some s**t with you don`t you? You owe me Dan," said Blue. "Okay...Okay Blue I gotchu...whatever you need," Dan said. Blue went to her locker, got her car keys and exited the coffee shop with haste to go pick Ethan up and bring him back to work with her. When she arrived at Little Bumble Bee`s Daycare Center she goes into the waiting area where the parents go to pick there kids up. She sits there patiently waiting for Ethan to come out from his class room.

        He came out the classroom and when he saw his Old Earth he ran to her to give a her a big  kiss and hug. "Mommy I missed you," Ethan said. "I miss you too baby. Lets put your things on so we can leave," Blue said. Blue secures Ethan in his car seat, starts the car and and pulled off to head back to the coffee shop. "I`m back yall. I didn`t expect to be coming back but I`m doing a favor for Dan. Something about some blueberry muffins have to given by "me" for some reason," said Blue to the staff. "Yeah we was about to say, damn she must really love this place and she got Lil` Blue with her but since you said that...we understand...wassup Lil` Blue," Liam said with his hands extended out to give Lil` Blue dap. Blue took Ethan in the back to the office, put him on the sofa and gave him his learning pad. 

      "Mommy will be right back, stay in here and don`t touch nothing. I`m a send one of the others to come back here with you until Mommy come back...Okay baby," Blue said? "Yes mommy," Ethan said. Blue left the office, sent Liam to the office to watch Ethan and went back out front to wait on customers.It was about 8:45 and by this time everyone was gone in the coffee shop except Blue and Ethan. "My goodness I wish whoever this person is coming to get these muffins hurry up, I gotta cook dinner for little Blue and I and I ain`t trying to be up all night," Blue thought to herself. Around 9:45, an hour later, as Blue impatiently waits justifiably pissed off five men came in and sat down very calmly. 

    "Good Evening can I take your order gentleman," Blue asked, but  knowone responded then another gentleman came in the coffee shop and said, "Yes I`m here for the muffins," the gentleman said. Blue turned around and it was a guy dressed real nice. "Good evening Ms. Walker I came for the special order. I spoke to Dan he said that a Ms. Walker would be waiting for me," he said. Blue said, "let me get your order sir, you almost didn`t make it I was ready to close. I`ll be right back". Blue went in the back to get the three boxes of muffins and placed them on the counter. "Sir will that be all," Blue said.

      "Yes that will, the customer said. That`ll be $45.25. Will that be cash, charge or credit," Blue said. One of the men that was sitting in the chair came up and paid for it. He gave Blue a 100.00 bill and told her to keep the change, consider it a big tip for the inconvenience. Blue resisted and said, "no sir it`s too much" but he insisted and she then accepted it. "Excuse us ma`am for inconvenience again, you have a nice night and be safe," the well dressed gentleman said. After they all left Blue locked the door and cleaned up and about 10:30 everything was done. She grabbed her things out of her locker and went to get Ethan. He was sound  asleep, so she picked him up, turned off the lights in the shop, locked the shop up and they left Dan`s Coffee Shop.
