IX: Murder
Akshara decided to remain with the Army of the God Slayers for a time because she might be able to get information from them. However, she would not help them with their plan to murder innocents and would try to find a way to stop them if she was capable of it.
But she also felt she needed to meet with these last Branian worshippers of Tars’keli. One of them might have heard something about the things the old Branian priestess had told her. It seemed as if Fari had become the “dark goddess” just as the old woman had warned about. Fari needed Akshara’s love in order to remain pure. But she had failed Fari by allowing Erevia to trick her into meeting Tars’keli.
If Fari could change simply by her being gone then could Akshara change her back somehow? Trying to be there for Fari
