We stood just outside the double doors, my grandfathers and I, and I swallowed hard. Geoff had made it back just in time. He kissed Mindy’s cheek, then left his fiancée beside her mother and brother and joined us, and since my best man had arrived, Uncle Brad took a seat beside the rest of the family.
