Early the following morning, Shakil and Wabu were waiting patiently in the nondescript van outside the building where Inspector Teixeira lived. It was a luxury high-rise apartment building and security was too good for them to try to gain access to his vehicle. Shortly before six, Wabu exited the vehicle and slipped into the bushes surrounding the exit to the building.
