Sergio Delgado was sweating profusely as he drove up to the gate. He was a delivery driver for the Nacional Chemical Manufacturing Company. Hidden beneath his usual load of deliveries was a cylinder of ethylene oxide that did not appear anywhere on his delivery roster. As he came to a stop, he prayed that the guard would not decide to inspect his cargo. He smiled at the man as he handed over the manifest, making some inane comment about the weather. The guard looked bored as he stamped the paperwork after giving it no more than a cursory glance. Once through the gate Sergio was finally able to relax. He glanced at his watch and saw that he had plenty of time before he met with the two foreigners. The men had approached him two days earlier while he was relaxing with a beer at his neighbo
