Alice POV The moment I dropped my bags at the hotel, I was back out the door. I wheeled my suitcase into the bedroom, left it by the wall, and headed right back out. I needed to get the most out of these two days. While I stood outside waiting for my cab, my phone rang. Liam. “Hello,” he said, cheerful as ever. “Hey, how are you?” I asked, adjusting my bag on my shoulder. “I’m fine,” I replied out of habit, just as the cab pulled up in front of me.
