VIDA’S POV Enya showed me around the massive house. It was really beautiful, and you could tell it was owned by a woman; there were more feminine touches than there were in Hakuryu’s castle. The tour ended with us in a small, intimate dining room, much smaller than the larger one we had seen near the kitchen. There was only one small square table and two chairs. The whole room was tastefully and, dare I say, romantically decorated. “This used to be my reading room, but I had it redone, especially for tonight and any future dates we have here,” Enya said, leading me to the table and holding out the chair for me. “It’s beautiful, thank you. This is a lovely surprise,” I said, smiling as she took her seat opposite me. “That is only part of the surprise,” Enya said and made a strange bird
