VIDA’S POV I think I had misjudged Hakuryu. I looked over, and he was elbow-deep in a chest of gold coins. I smiled; he really was leaving no coin unturned. We did not get off to the best start; he was arrogant and forceful. To be honest, he scared me more than a little, but this man right here was not the same man. On this date, he had gone out of his way to cater totally to me and my needs. The food had been awesome, and the flight here to his hoard had been freezing, yet he had somehow used his Dragon to heat the air for me.
