“Wraith, come in, sit down,” I said to my subordinate, who had knocked. I waited until they had taken their seat before continuing.
“Spectre has been missing in action for several days. I need you to find them or, at the very least, see what has become of them. They should have returned with the human woman by now.”
I was expecting Spectre to come back with my new toy before now. That child was one of my best assets, so I cannot understand why they haven’t returned yet.
