"Alright, I'll keep an eye on you from outside. When he advances on you, shout for help, and I'll rush in to catch him red-handed." I reminded Janice again of the plan so as to not make any blunders during the scene.
"I got it. I’m experienced in this matter, James. I'll call Thomas right now; I’m sure he’ll be running over to find me," Janice said with a cunning smile on her face.
After the phone call, Thomas said that he would come right away, just as expected. I went out and hid in the stairwell. When I saw Thomas enter Janice's bedroom, I came out from my hiding spot and crept to Janice's door secretly.
"Why did you ask me to come in such a hurry, Janice? Are you agreeing to my request?" Thomas looked at Janice eagerly, waiting for the answer.
