Lilia’s pov
The next day, I was in the car journeying to hell. Jerry helped me pack some stuff and I couldn't stop blabbing how much I was going to miss him. All he did was smile and tell me that I was going to be back, well…that's if only I'll be back alive.
I didn't see Lex in the morning and I was surprised at how disappointed I could be. I was looking forward to seeing his pretty face, raven hair, and his gold eyes. Last night's kiss flooded my head again and I released a shaky breath pushing it to the back of my mind while I looked at the buzzing streets with a lot of activities, flashy cars, and the peak of its horizon sneaking out to radiate it's beauty on the skyscrapers buildings that we passed by and I have a long sad sigh.
