Myka didn't sleep when the two of them got home, instead he went to the library and gathered every book he could find on Lolonyo people and read and worked on his official gifted for Aamina, until the sun came up. The sun shined through the library window. Myka notice it was early in the morning and decided to go for a swim. He had to much on his mind, with the task he had on hand, plus courting probably the meanest woman on Aerth, He had a lot to think about. Myka made it down to the private pool and found Aamina on her knees praying to her gods. The sun seemed to be like a spotlight on her as if saying follow her, watch her she's the way to everything. Myka watched amazed as her voice woke the Heaven's up. Her song filled Myka's ear so gracefully. It took him back to when they where kids and he would sneak to her room to listen to her sweet melodies they where like a drug to him back then if he hadn't heard them his whole day would some how turn out horrible. Myka mind drifted back to the first time he had ever heard the Melodies of Aamina's sun song.
Flash back
Myka heard a powerful but sweet melody in his ear and he popped up to his feet and followed it down stairs in the foyer. He found his teary eyed mother staring down at the small framed Aamina. Her little body was balled up into a fetal position as her voice bellowed through out the palace, worshiping her Goddess Amona. Her voice had dragged everybody out of their beds and down stairs gathering around her to hear the hypnotizing sounds that came out of her. Myka looked over at his mother who had dropped to her knees she hadn't her native tongue every since she had left her home for Tymon, who had turn into an awful man. Myka watched his mother skin began to darken as the words of the song entered into her soul awaking a part of her she had killed off along time ago. Myka eyes grew big as he watched the process happen before his eye. Tymon busted through the crowed and began to scream at the singing Aamina. Tymon(holding his robe close towering over the little girl): "Shut up I told you, your gods don't exist here." No matter what Tymon said Aamina kept singing giving thanks to her Goddess and letting her skin soak in the sun light. Tymon(facing his servants): "Bring me the whip!" he demanded at least three times but no one moved their hearts had been filled with something they couldn't explain. Tymon walked over and smacked fire from one of his servants. Tymon: "Can you hear me now?" Servant(head bowed): "Yes my lord, I'm sorry." Tymon: "Never mind that bring me the whip, she will shut up or I will beat it from her!" Tymon began to beat Aamina but her song never stop, in fact it made her sing louder. Myka and his mother watched in horror as Tymon beat Aamina mercilessly as her song kept flowing out her mouth with out wavering. Aamina laid there being beating while singing her song out loud, with the determination to finish her prayer. Myka stood in front of Aamina and Tymon's hands stop swinging. Tymon(hand still in the air): "Move boy!" Myka(thinking quick on his toes): "If you beat her to death, than how can I make her my first wife?" Tymon(raising his eye brow realizing his son had an point, but didn't care): "She must obey me, I am her Gods now, If it doesn't not stop than I will beat her till she stop. now move boy!" Myka: "Father, I am afraid that I can not." Tamara's eye grew big in amazement, here she was watching her son be brave for somebody he didn't know, while she sat idle to one of her own being beating for something she had once believed in. Tamara: "Myka, no you don't get in that!" Tamara eyes met with Aamina's at that moment in a wave of guilt came over her. Myka(unfazed): "I'm sorry mother but father had a great plan and I'm making sure he sticks to it." Before Tymon could say anything else, Aamina had finished her song and everybody awakened from their trance. Myka(helping Aamina to her feet): "I have a place you can worship at in the sun where nobody could hear you." Myka took Aamina on the other side of the castle where the pool was. Myka: "I come here a lot when I have a lot on my mind nobody ever comes out here, you can come here anytime you need to do your praying stuff, I mean if you want to."
Present Day
Myka walked over to Aamina as soon as she stop singing. Myka(getting her attention): " Aye Aamina?" Aamina stood up to her feet, and began to take off her track suit revealing her swim suit. Myka watched Aamina body become exposed as she jumped into the water. Myka(bending down to talk to Aamina): "Hey come talk to me please?" Aamina(floating on top of the water on her back): "Why should I grey boy?" Myka(pulling a box from behind his back): "I have something for you my queen." Aamina(now facing him): "Do you now, maybe I will come over." Myka watched Aamina disapear into the water then back again by the stairs of the pool. Myka couldn't help but to stare,as Aamina wet body seemed to sparkle as she walked out the water. Her usually puffy hair was now laid down her back wet and wavy. Myka stood to his feet as she got closer hypnotized by her beauty. Aamina(drying her skin off ): "Well what is it Grey boy?" Myka handed the box to her and waited patiently for her reaction. Aamina open the box and found a sun and moon necklace staring back at her. The chain was sold gold with an diamond encrusted gold pendant that was shaped like the sun with the moon laying on top of the sun which was also diamond encrusted. Myka(looking into Aamina's eyes): "They said in Lolonyo the man has to gift the woman he wants to court with something he made himself, it must show her worth as well as what she mean to him, and this isn't much but I promise I will make more as soon as I learn how." Aamina looked down at Myka's hands and notice how bruised and burned they were. He tried to wrap them but the bandages was covered in blood. Myka(noticing she was staring down at his hands): "Don't worry about them, it was worth it." Aamina said nothing as she unwrapped each of his hands one at a time, She then took them into her hands and made him sit in put his legs in the water. Aamina(cuffing the water from the pool and pouring it on to his scarred hands): "You know my fa use to say, (mimicking her father's voice) "minni your so beautiful and so powerful all you have to do is unlock that power through, prayer and belief." (stop mimicking) of course I didn't believe him, I was so small and fragile back then." "That is until my favorite bird got hurt, her name was ham." Myka watched as the wounds on his hands began to disappear as she told her story. Aamina(still telling her story): "And ham wing was split right down the middle, it was barely hanging on by a feather, and my fa came running in with this bird in his hand so sad, because he knew I would be so sad if he had to kill it." "So he walked in and he said, "Minni, I'm sorry but we have to let Ham go be in the land before this one, and he placed it in my hand, and you know what I did?" Myka(intrigued): "No what?" Aamina(smiling): "I cried Myka, I cried and I prayed and some how the tears I cried turned white and the water around me began to flow in and out of ham and when my dad finally got me to stop crying Ham was healed." Aamina let go of Myka's hands and when he looked down he realized that his hands were healed, not a burn or scratch on them.
